Good design and quality
I was looking for a well designed loo brush and holder.

Super designs and customer service
Super designs and top quality customer service. A soap dispenser that had started to rust was replaced foc even though we no longer had the receipt to validate the purchase date. No arguments, just responsive care for the customer. An example to other companies.

The installation of their product was impossible for me.
It is not well designed in terms of it's functionality.
The bristles are also dropping out already and it's new!
No customer service. No one responds to any of my email complaints.
Product is useless and ready for the bin.

Quality looking product, well made
We were giving our bathroom a make over and needed a simple white toilet roll holder to replace an IKEA model of 30 years. Having made the mistake of buying a cheap alternative on Amazon which disintegrated on literally day 1, I came across the Cosmic Brand. This is a superior accessory, sturdily made and aesthetically pleasing on the eye. It won't need to be in service for another 30 years to outlast me, but I imagine it will!

Product is good
Product is good, and looks really smart in the bathroom. You'd never know it was a toilet brush. The only thing that let the experience down was the delivery. There is an estimated amount of days when you purchase the item. After that I had know idea when was going to arrive, first thing I knew was when the postman was knocking at my door handing me it, if i wasn't in I'd have to have the usual fiasco that revolves around missed deliveries. Some form of notifications would be good.
