Worst customer service ever. Cannot get ahold of anyone to get a refund after never receiving my order. Not a reputable company! Do not order from them!

I thought i was getting 2 bags. Next thing i know here comes 2 more. So i send Customer service an email, telling them i would like to cancel any further shipments. Low and Behold here i get an email i am getting 2 more bags. So i send another email. i get a response right away. they send me a link with info that i have to put into another link. ??? why?? Why does canceling this have to be so hard. Why no phone Number???

It tastes like hot water.
I ordered my first package of Erth almost a month ago on August 12, 2026 and I still have NOT received it.

It would be great if I actually received my Mushroom Coffee. I ordered it on 11 August and it still isn’t here and no updates. I have no idea where it is. They won’t answer me so now, maybe they’ll have to be this time. Please let me know if I’m gonna get it or not. You already charged me

The ashwagandha was not good for me. I tried for 2 days. I felt tired, no energy and just generally felt bad both days. If you make a product without ashwagandha, I would love to try it.

I did a trial single order. Took forever to receive it. The product tastes like dirt. We are throwing it out. Then I receive an email of another order coming. I DID NOT DO A SUBSCRIPTION. The process to unsubscribe is complicated and I’m not sure it has worked. I am disputing the order. Wish I had never tried this product

The order took a long time coming-with three attempts. I dont find any flavor which is disappointing. It doesn’t taste anything like coffee and only slightly of mushroom. In a week i have not noticed any difference in my energy, mindfulness, sleep. Hate to say it but i am disappointed

I ordered on August 11 and haven't received my order.

I am a Ryze person and thought I would try this product. When I tried it I did not get the boost of energy that I get with Ryze. Granted I didn’t get the leftover slug at the bottom of my mug like with Ryze. Only tried it once since I brought two bags will give it another chance.

I am no longer a customer. Shipping took over a month, and your coffee reminds me of mud water, i could not taste the coffee. Also when trying to cancel, you charged me for another order, fortunately, my credit card agent contacted me in time to decline. Please do better.

I decided the product wasn't for me and cancelled my subscription. I ran into some issues so contacted by email to ask for cancellations. My request was dealt with immediately no problems at all.

Please do not buy from this company, they are very unethical . There is no way to cancel they disconnect the cancelation portal and won't respond to emails. I have been trying to cancel since July 1, 2026 its now September and I have been billed again.

Coffee is good. But, the co. didn't ship what was promised. The supposed free gifts were worthless, but it it the principle! I expected to get what they promised. Then was made to feel like I was trying to get something for nothing. Customer Service, sucks! I canceled my subscription over this! It is too bad, because the coffee was good. I won't do business with a company that can't be trusted! Wouldn't recommend!

I ordered on 8/11/26 and as of 9/1/26 I've received nothing. Allegedly it was shipped from China and has been sitting in customs in Los Angeles for over a week. Meanwhile I keep reading about this company scamming people left and right. If the product doesn't arrive this month, OR if I somehow get another charge something I didn't sign up for, there's going to be trouble.

I really wanted to like ERTH.

My wife and I have been trying different mushroom coffees because we're looking for one we enjoy enough to become our regular brand. I placed my first ERTH order on August 20 expecting to finally give theirs a try.

Unfortunately, the experience before I've even received the coffee has probably made the decision for me.

ERTH advertised shipping in approximately 2–4 business days. A USPS shipping label for my order was created August 22, but for days afterward USPS continued to show that it was awaiting the package.

I contacted ERTH customer service several times asking a very simple question: Had my package actually been handed to USPS, and if so, on what date?

They would not answer that question.

Instead, I repeatedly received responses telling me the package was “in transit” and directing me back to tracking information—the same tracking information that caused me to contact them in the first place.

Then things became even more confusing. After initially providing me with a USPS tracking number, ERTH eventually sent me a completely different tracking number through 17TRACK. That is when I discovered that my shipment appears to be originating from Shenzhen, China.

That was a surprise.

My issue isn't that something is shipped from China. Companies source and ship products internationally every day. My issue is transparency.

If an order is being fulfilled internationally from China, I believe customers should be given a realistic expectation of how long delivery may take. Advertising a short shipping timeframe creates a very different expectation from waiting on an international shipment originating in Shenzhen.

I finally asked ERTH to escalate my concerns to a supervisor and specifically asked them to tell me what carrier actually had my package, when the carrier received it, and why I had been given two different tracking numbers.

I have not received a response.

Shipping delays happen. I can understand that.

What I have a much harder time accepting is repeatedly asking a company a straightforward question about an order I paid for and receiving responses that seem to avoid answering it.

Maybe the coffee is fantastic. Unfortunately, after nearly two weeks, I still haven't had the opportunity to find out.

For a first-time customer who was seriously considering ERTH as our regular mushroom coffee provider, this has been an extremely disappointing introduction to the company.

I would give zero star if I could. 20 days and still no product. They give you one tracking number on the site with “delivered” on the same day of shipment, but tracking just says shipping info received. Then in response to your email they give you another tracking number. This time shipped from China when the site clearly says that U.S. orders are fulfilled in the U.S. The supposed shipment if it’s even mine, now at customs for the past week due to “customs exception”. These guys are like Teflon. Nothing sticks to them. Time to call Amex and reverse the charges of this scam of a company. They better not dare to stick me with a subscription!

I placed my order on 8/14/26 and it’s September 1st I still have not received my order. I’m very upset, at this point I want a refund.
