Very professional, from beginning to end. Scheduling was clearly agreeable to my schedule, delivery of materials - was scheduled and delivered a day early, the day of installation - team began with knock at my door, "we're here!" They began the removal and installation.
You can Count on what they tell you, ask questions. Very good total experience!

We were at the Bassmaster Classic Expo in Knoxville TN. This March and seen a booth advertising Erie Home roofing products. We were in need of a new roof at home and I was interested in Erie's Metal roof application it was different from other metal options. Gabriel their sales representative came to my home and explained everything in great detail. We decided to have them install their product The entire Erie team were a pleasure to do business with and installed the roof and cleaned up to my satisfaction. We highly recommend Erie Home.

The Erie Roofing guys did a great job on my new roof. They were professional and cheerful, were done in one day, and did an excellent job of cleaning up the property when they were done. I would definitely recommend to my friends.

Erie's crew showed up on time from the initial appointment to the installation. They honored the agreed upon price and did a great job. The roof looks good and they used quality material.

The company was horrible. The guy they sent out to talk about the roof was nice but lied about the process and the material used for my roof. The people put my roof on in the rain splitted my wood under the shingles and said it was fine. Aver 60 percent of my shingles was not attached. I went on top of the roof to inspect and found at least 10 different things wrong with my roof. The replaced some of the wood and I had a bulge in my roof, an area that was domed, uneven edges, over 60 percent of the shingles not attached and other problems. It was a frustrating experience. Also, they made a mess and left a mess. It's been over a year and I'm still finding nails in my yard. I have tons of photos to show how horrible they were. At least the loan people were decent.

I needed a new roof due to wind damage. The rep gave me a good offer and I liked the quality of the product. I had not yet received my insurance estimate so I used their financing. The coordination among the rep, the lender, and the project manager was amazingly seamless. Each part covered all bases and ensured I understood and was in agreement with terms and expectations.
Demand for roofs in the area was high due to recent storms but I was scheduled for 3 weeks later. A crew of 6 arrived at the appointed date and time - no delays. They used safety harnesses and the company provided equipment to make the job easier and faster such as a conveyor belt to move the shingles to the roof. They covered the perimeter of my house with tarp to protect my plants and then worked like a well-oiled machine to complete a complicated roof in 10 hours! Kudos to the crew manager for organizing and managing the crew and to the crew for a job well done! Clean up was thorough. They combed the yard with magnets (I assume) for nails and put all trash in a dumpster. The execution of the project was amazing to watch. Erie Home really delivered on the quality and speed they promised. I am very pleased.

From the beginning when I called, they were prompt in making an appointment and did a thorough inspection of the roof attic and top of roof. The two young men were very knowledgeable about the roof products and a pleasure to talk to. The roofing supply’s were delivered on March 25. The crew came on the 26th, friendly and so efficient. It’s a 4000 square ft roof and they completed the job in the early afternoon of the 27th. That included the wonderful job they did cleaning up and using magnets to pick up nails. Our insurance company was pleased with the quality of our new roof plus it has enhanced the appearance of our home. Very pleased with our choice of roofing company.

The staff from Erie from presentation to final walk through after roof was completed was very professional. They answered all our questions. And they promptly responded to all texts and phone calls. They completed our roof in one day,as promised. The quote for roof included repair of any damage they found without extra cost. The warranty for 30 years was very comforting. The product was excellent especially the water barrier. The product was directly from Erie. They provided all information we needed for our Home owners insurance.

Erie Home was very professional throughout the process. My roof looks great and now I don’t ever have to worry about it again.

The installers arrived early and completed the job in one day.

I made the apt and the guy came next day. Financing was difficult at first but they gave us great military rate and got us financing. They stripped the roor, replaced beams, and gor everything done in a day and a half. My roof is absolutely beautiful now and my AC is colder than ever. I can already tell huge difference with temperature in my house. 50 year warranty and 100 year lifespan means my kids wont have to replace in their lifetime that peace of mind is hard to beat! I'm so pleased with my cute little house.

Had our roof done by Erie. The price was a little higher, however they use higher quality materials that I feel justified the cost. The job was done in one full day with the removal of the old shingles, the replacement of a few of the decking panels, two lengths of a heavier ice and water shield, new heavy duty rubber boots around the vents, new flashing and drip edge. After it was finished, they picked up everything and ran all around the house with a magnet to ensure there were no loose nails that were missed.

The people representing Erie Home starting with Tyler, Danny and Noah were so professional and polite that they made the experience feel like family was taking care of us. We are very pleased with a job well done!

Everyone from Erie Homes was friendly and professional. The salesman explained everything and answered all my questions. The crew that installed my roof were exceptional! Polite, friendly and fast. The entire roof was done in one day and their clean up was beyond what I expected. They picked up every single nail and even picked up the old shingles in the yard that blew off during the winter. Definitely would recommend them.
