We wanted to replace before I retire, and my wife learned of Erie Home online. I wasn't sure how much life was left in our current roof(no proof of leaking), but I knew it would need to be replaced in not too distant future.
They arrived ahead of our scheduled time, performed the assessment quickly, sat down and provided evidence of current risk/life expectancy of the current roof, explained Erie's value proposition of being responsible for both their product as well as their service(very unique to them), and then the quality of their two products(decorative steel/high-end shingles), provided examples of nearby roofs/service, and attractive finance options...We signed that night. They then contacted us multiple times to confirm agreement, schedule, expectations. Installation started at 8:30(in March) and worked into the evening to tear-off and replace whole 2000' roof in one day. Provided photos of the whole process. They replaced at least a dozen sheets of ply wood indicating the roof did need to be replaced. Roof looks beautiful and the warranty for both service and product will live long beyond me and is transferrable to the next owner(hopefully 25+ years from now). Kudos to Erie

There were 7 guys that took off the needed roof and installed a new roof for my house, mudroom, garage and my shed. They all did a great job! They finished their work in one day! That was amazing! All of the people there are very nice. There are no more leaks on my roof. I loved what they did!

Erie Home recently installed a new
metal roof on our home. Overall the experience was excellent. The sales rep was very knowledgeable, easily answering our many questions but not pushing any specific product. The installation was exactly as promised, the team was on time, courteous, and cleaned up everything to the last nail. We highly recommend Erie Home.

They did a good job with what they had to work with, the roof was pretty bad. I thought they could have done a better job rehanging the gutters though but maybe that wasn’t part of their job. The crew was really nice and did a great job on cleaning up. The dumpster was brought and picked up on time as were the materials.

I didn't know anything about Erie Home before contacting them for a metal roof. after meeting with one of their local reps, we were impressed enough with Erie to pursue a asphalt solution in stead of the metal primarily because of our age and cost of metal (65% more) not making the investments payback time reasonable. We were impressed by the materials for both styles of roof and warranty coverages all thru Erie Home. the crew that showed up for install were very good at their job and worked well together and were considerate of our property. there may have been less expensive solutions but i believe the follow up in future if an issue arises will better from Erie Home than the others.

The cost of the roof is very expensive. Nails and tacks were all over the place. The cleanup let nails/tacks behind and I had two flat tires on my riding mower. I have yet to get the check for the tires. I've been waiting for weeks.
The roof looks nice, but if I knew all this stuff was going to happen, I'd have gone to another roofing business.
