As you will know, we also provide a robust complaints procedure which again provides opportunity to address concerns raised and, where necessary, provide a solution. We note that you engaged with our complaints procedure and that you did not agree with our conclusion that service levels did not fall below a reasonable standard. A comprehensive review of your complaint was conducted, and our reply did not report any findings that service levels fell below a reasonable standard. In fact, the charge raised covering 1.3 hours was within the 1.5 hours quoted as the 30 minutes spent reading and understanding the position (prep time) was not charged for. We are however sorry that our service was not what you had hoped for. We do set out to provide an excellent service and usually this is achieved as demonstrated by the positive feedback left by the vast majority of our clients.

We had a few problems in regard to our sellers purchase being on probate. Whilst it was out of our hands Chui-Wah was excellent in chasing and keeping us informed. Everything was dealt in a quick efficient way and we had every confidence in the service that was provided.

Excellent advice from beginning to end
Once again we have been well served by Eric Robinson's, in particular Chui Wah Choudhary, who kept us informed every step of the way and was kind enough to attend us at home to complete paperwork as my wife is disabled and was recovering from a stay in hospital.
