Have used Eric Robinson in bittern for quite a few years for legal purposes. I needed to sale my house. But my situation was more involved due my son owing half of the house, the declined their involvement. And that took two weeks for their correspondent.
I then contacted Eric Robinson in hedge end spoke to a solicitor she that would not be a problem. She agreed to phone to start the process. Only received a phone call after I raised my frustration.

The solicitor was very helpful, competent and very easy to contact. She answered my questions and was always very prompt with her work - buying and selling a property is not a quick business but I never felt that I was being held up at our end. I was very pleased. I have used Eric Robinson before and I would certainly use then again.

Contracted with Eric Robinson for probate work through their Lymington Office and conveyancing work through their Hedge End Office. The former was excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend them. The latter was very disappointing. Communication was poor to non existent. I am not entirely sure why but I got the impression staff were rarely in the office and that they were probably also understaffed even though they were keen to bid for the work. They urgently need to agree some form of working protocol with their clients to manage expectations. Overall the lack of communication made the whole process far more stressful than I should have been. Would certainly never use them again and cannot recommend.

Leigh Burwood was excellent. She did everything she said she would within the time frame. She was calm and reassuring at a very difficult time. I would definitely recommend her.
