We bought an Ergobaby Omni Breeze in 2022 and used it pretty much every day with both our babies well beyond the age of one. We have found it comfortable and easy to use, even over long periods of time, often with the babies in the carrier all day. Recently we broke one of the buckles on the carrier and were thrilled that we could buy a replacement for £5 including postage from Ergobaby, and could continue using the carrier. We recommend the carrier to everyone who is about to have a baby and were we having another, would continue to use it.

Poorly packaged and the brand new seat…
Poorly packaged and the brand new seat pad is covered in glue from an open packing envelope that didn't fit. It was stuck to the seat and won't wash off. It's really disappointing that they couldn't be bothered to take the smallest amount of care.

Overpriced spare
Sold me one buckle replacement for £5, which is obscenely expensive. At least sell a pair since there are 2 similar buckles or bill items separately from delivery fee.
The good thing is that the new buckle does easily fit in, and the old one just needs to be smashed into bits to remove.

Wrong stroller harness colour!
Have order a stroller harness , as lost a piece from the original one ( grey colour).
On the website is only grey colour harness option, as it is the stroller but received a black one …
You can say it has nothing to do with the stroller, completely different colour… a bit disappointed…

Worst shopping experience, no customer service
This company is the worst to buy from. They’ve never delivered my order, and when I complained, they blamed the courier. However, I could see on the tracking that the courier was waiting for confirmation to pick up the parcel. There’s no customer service, and you have to communicate via email, which they only respond to when prompted.

The mesh material of this product should be avoided as it’s not too firm and does not hold the baby as the original material does. Costs way more than it’s worth
