Either crooks or totally incompetent

I ordered a product from Equipery on 26December. I have not had any confirmation of order to date, despite sending them a request on 3 occasions. My bank confirms that they have taken payment for this product.
I would never again deal with this company.

Your order was placed on 26 December and dispatched the very next day (27 December). As stated clearly on our website, delivery takes 5–7 business days after dispatch, and your parcel is currently within the UK, expected to arrive within 1–2 business days.

The reason you did not receive order confirmation emails was due to a typographical error in the email address entered at checkout. Our system automatically sends confirmation and shipping emails for every order, and multiple emails were successfully sent — unfortunately to an incorrect address.

Once this was identified, we corrected the email immediately.

We always aim to provide transparent communication and timely delivery, and we’re confident your order will arrive shortly.

Received part of order after 3 weeks…

Received part of order after 3 weeks and still not delivered the two charge packs (for Christmas presents). Tracking comes up in Chinese so nothing reassuring there. I think I’ll avoid in future.

The perfect lamp for our trips!

We took this camping lamp on several trips over the summer and used it a lot and it worked without fault every time. It gave us bright light in the tent and around the campsite, and the different modes were great for both practical use and creating a cosy evening atmosphere. Charging with usb-c was so easy, and the battery lasted a long time after a full charge. I even used the power bank feature to charge my phone, which was very handy. The lamp is lightweight, waterproof, and arrived quickly. A really reliable piece of kit that made our summer camping so much easier! I only wish it had a strap so it could also be used as a headlight.

Lights worked for one camping…

Lights worked for one camping experience then did not charge. When emailed about it twice and messaged through the website received no response - but I see they do reply to reviews despite not replying to customers actually queries.

Late delivery and poor customer service

Order did not arrive in time and no response from customer services. Very poor. Delivery not as per published time.
