I concur with all other bad reviews... my bad for not having checked trustpilot before... the ultimate CCC - Cheap Chinese Crap.
DO NOT ORDER!!!!!!

I have spent a week and numerous to request a refund for a product that was very poor quality and not as described on their website. Don't do business with this Company!

I have ordered 2 wks ago for xmas, arrived in 7 days. Product was intact, good packaging. Nice.

The advert shows larger, clear glass and flickering candle style lamps, suitable as gifts.
What arrived are small opaque plastic covered Chinese quality novelty items, available on other sites for "novelty item prices". Paid $235 for 4 as a "special offer". No chance of money back. Avoid or buy from one of those other sites for $13.95 each and not be disappointed as that is all they are worth.

Total rip off. Nothing like the pictures that draw you in. Much smaller than shown (approx 15cm/6ins tall) and the thin light does flicker a bit but does not look anything like a flame. Not clear glass either - opaque plastic. Cheap, unattractive crap nothing like advertised. I should know by now to always check reviews.

Bought 2 CampLamps late last year. 1 has worked great but the other stopped working within 2 months with no cause such as physical damage etc.
emailed the company but received no response. Cheap quality that might work great or might die for no reason.

Absolute false advertising, just received camp lamp, looked Absolutely nothing like the product advertised. It shows in the advert a man picking the lamp up with 2 hands it wasn't even as big as my hand.

I too wish I'd read reviews, thankfully I only ordered 1 - but I wanted 6 - I seem to have chosen the wrong product - camp torch, rather than lantern - I though they were all solar - its just a 'screw' in plastic bulb, it's white not clear, it flickers orange when screwed in, but screwed into WHAT ! used an existing lamp, which has a lamp shade, bloody useless RUBISH

TERRIBLE PRODUCT! Echo all who have reviewed here. Filed my complaint with California Department of Consumer Affairs. I have no hope of a refund . . . but hope to have them shut down.

TOTAL SCAM!!!!! Not even one star. Cheap cheap cheap products. They do not even resemble the pictures. They are not as large as the pictures. Our fire lamps wouldn’t work unless you held them upside down. No response about a refund. They were probably made in China by two year-old children.

less than 1 star. over-priced, completely misrepresented on their website... size, appearance, quality, etc.. all pitiful. not too mention exponentially overpriced for such a cheap piece of junk. attempted 4 times to seek out returning within the first 4 days i finally recieved them.

Awful! Product is nothing like as advertised in size or quality. Requested refund x3 times, no response, no communication. Avoid at all costs, total rip off.

I agree with the previous posts and only wish I’d read them before I ordered . DO NOT order these lamps they are nothing like the images shown , extremely small and cheap looking , and having emailed their customer services on numerous occasions , no response . Please

these look nothing like what they advertise. They make them look like they are large in comparison to the lady carrying them. They are no bigger than what you can carry in your hand and in the advertising, it covers half her leg. The description does not say the size or material. They look like they are glass, but they are a frosty plastic. DONT PURCHASE - UGLY & CHEAP. AND customer service will ignore you if and when you email. I tried twice to tell them I wanted to return, NO RESPONSE

Not even1 star. Broken and small.ordered two, but only got one. It's a scam. And was charged double. Cannot get any response from the company. Tried to contact the company many times, no reply. Scam scam scam.

Zero stars. Lamp never worked. Emailed company. Zero acknowledgement or support provided.

This is a complete scam. What they sent is nothing like what is represented on their website. It’s absolute cheap garbage. It doesn’t work. It doesn’t look anything like what is represented, and it is nothing but trash. If you order from them, they are simply stealing your money

FALSE ADVERTISING- BUYERS BEWARE! The actual lamps I received were nowhere close to the size on the advertisement. Also, I ordered 6 lamps and 4 were broken. I have immediately emailed Camp Lamp for them to replace the broken ones or refund my money, but have NOT received a response.

Don't even want to give the one star. They are shocking !!! I bought two solar lamps and when I received them one was totally broken. In the ad it shows a woman carrying one of these lamps and it was quite large, however, the ones I received are very smalI. False advertising ! I have sent emails and no one has returned my email. Disgusting customer service. WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN

Actually, NOOOOO stars.

Received goods but nothing like the images in the advertising (ie. maybe a quarter of the size) and of course means we have paid an exorbitant amount of money for nothing special.

In Australia that's called false advertising and is illegal.

They don't answer emails and their website says to phone them but there is no phone number.

I guess we have been got by a SCAM
