The affordability of the pants was terrific. It does take a rather lengthy time to complete to the delivery process. If you could quicken the shipping time, it would be perfect overall.

Missing shirts made right

I ordered 7 shirts, when I received my order 2 shirts were missing. I emailed Epic Sports and they sent out the 2 shirts either that day or the next and I received them a few days later. I understand things happen, but they corrected the problem immediately.

When there was a change to my order due…

When there was a change to my order due to availability I was notified quickly so that adjustments could be made and maintained my delivery date. That was a game changer for me. Other companies I have used sent me incomplete orders then I had to make changes that caused delays.

Bartlett High School Experience

We were given up to date notifications. Delivery still came within a good time frame even after the delay. Prices were great. Would absolutely recommend.

Website Errors. Shipping Error. Poor Customer Service. Dishonest.

Their website crashed multiple times while I was placing an order. They end up sending 2 orders instead of one. So I return the extra product within their 10 day return window, pay $32 for shipping to return the product they made an error on. They flat out lied and said I sent it outside the window of their return policy. I have the charge and receipt to prove it was within the window. Very disappointing customer service and execution on their part. Do NOT recommend!
