Do not buy this, its a scam

Product is a total scam, unless you were hoping for an overpriced space heater. I was so excited based on the website's promises but the cooling function, what I was excited about, does next to nothing. I can confirm that the product turns on and blows air, but it's about as cool as someone gently blowing on you even on max cooling. The heating function seems to work, but again, this is being sold as epiCOOLER, so I am extremely disappointed. They offer a money back guarantee, so here's hoping they at least live up to that promise and give me a refund.

Good customer service

I received the units in a timely manner. They seem fine as far as having something you can move from room to room. However, the the coldest output isn’t enough for my needs.

The epicooler did not function as advertised, it was quite noisy and inefficient, not blowing out cool air and did not have 6 settings as per the advertisement.
We are currently awaiting a full refund.
The product has been returned for quite a while.

The product is not remotely as…

The product is not remotely as portrayed. There is no continuous blast of cooling air. There is only a tepid stream which cools nothing. This is deceptive advertising. I bought the product based on what you presented but that is a lie.
