It’s a fan with a blade. No refrigerant, nothing. The biggest rip off ever. Check the review ratings. Mostly negative. Says a lot about greed. Glad I changed my mind before it even arrived. I was happy to pay the shipping to return it and returned it in the same packaging it came in. Don’t fall for this scam.

Product did not match description. Did not cool at all. Instructions included only were about heating...nothing at all about cooling. Tried to use it to cool my office and it never cooled, even on the lowest temperature setting. Used a thermometer in the room and it never got cooler.

Question, in order to cool, the heat must be removed! Where does the heat move to? Without an external part outside, it is just a fan heater. Its a fraud. luckily i haven't bought one /:-)

When I call customer service and after an hour I hang up because I'm sick of waiting for someone to pick up. Plus read the forums about this product I can almost guarantee you will change your mind in buying it.

Epicooler = False Advertising …
I have did this now for the 5th time because you have items that follow which force me to begin the process all over. The Epicooler was falsely advertised as a function air conditioner when in truth it is only a heater at best.

DON'T BUY.....Why are all these people giving a 5 star review on something they haven't received yet. The people who have tried it are giving it one star because they cant give it 0 stars. It is not a cooler, it is a fan with a heater at an inflated price. It wholesales under $10. Sold under several brand names, shipped from China in a plain box, probably made in same factory.

Customer service was polite and initiated the return process for the two items. I returned the items because the cooling fan was not as cold as described. The heating system was OK, but I don't need a heater. I live in Miami. The other problem is that I have not received the return instructions, even though I requested them twice. Please send instructions.

Great for heating not for cold air conditioning. short cords
Well, all except for the fact that I ordered them because the reviews said the could cool up to 55Sq ft space and that it was actually just blowing cool air. The other thing is the power cord is 3.5 ft long and your instructions say do not use an extension cord and I would want them to be up on the wall about 6 ft..
They did blow a good amount of heat, but I did not order "EPicool" for heat I wanted them for the quietness and cooling.
