So grateful for Adam’s help after a booking service EPC contractor cancelled

I contacted Adam after an EPC contractor I had booked through a booking service cancelled 5 minutes before they were due to arrive! I phoned Adam and explained the situation and that I had just driven 80miles to give access to the property. Adam then managed to organise a surveyor to come a few hours later. I know that can’t be the result every time, but I was so grateful to Adam and Kurt the surveyor for putting themselves out in order to help me!

Reliable and efficient

Credit to Adam! He was prompt, he arrived exactly when he said he would, his was efficient and accurate - and my EPC certificate was ready the next day. Adam provided an additional service of creating a floor plan of my home. I would definitely use him again and I would recommend his service to anyone in need of an EPC or floor plans. Swift communications too!

Fast and efficient service

Very simple and straightforward. Adam explained all I needed to know about the procedure.

I received a result within 24hrs of his visit.
