Poor service and no communication

I'd like to write my feedback here based on the most recent experience. I was looking for planet friendly dog food and stumbled Entoma Petfood from France which made sense as a Spain neighboring country. But my first experience ended up with a canceled order and second attempt several months later was partially refunded, both times without any further explanation. No one is responding to support emails, order status is not updates for days and as I did research, their IG page has been inactive since August 2022 which makes me question if the business is still alive and if anyone still operates behind it. Anyone who stumbles this dog food provider, beware of these issues.

Never any stock, super late deliveries, and even refund order with no warning!!

I give 2 stars because my cat like the croquettes but for the rest,,,,,
My last three orders have been a catastrophe, 1 and even 2 month late delivery without telling us anything. I had to ask where was my order to know they did not have any stock and they will send it when they have it.
The problem is those croquettes don't last for ever so I cannot just order for 6 months or the whole year ahead.
And for my last order they simply refunded us without saying anything??? Totally not serious and unprofessionnal.
I don't like living bad reviews, but this has been the most strange customer service I had

One mounth ago i orderd petfood. But it has never arrived. No one answers my mails or anything !!
I’m starting to loose hope.

Still haven’t received or heard anything about my order 2 weeks ago

I made an order 2 weekend ago, and havent received it yet. Entoma petfood is extremely hard to get in dialogue with. I only managed once even though I have written several emails. No I just asked for a refund because I have already bought my dogs food another place - I can’t keep waiting, but they won’t reply on my email.
So I can’t recommend Entomapetfood unless you have a great amount of patience and money.

They dont answer my e-mails

They dont answer my e-mails, and This is Second time i dident recived my dogs order. They Said the adress was wrong, but its not. They refound the money, but not the transfer. And never respond my e-mails about a tracking number. Im so dissapointed.

They never sent my order.

They never sent my order. Total rubbish. Acording to the website I should have received it before 5 working days. It's been a week and I haven't even got an email telling me whether the order has been even sent. Never in my online shopping experience have I had a situation like this.

Fast shipping and great products my dog loves it!

My dog loves the food from Entoma. She wont eat anything else, and it’s by far the best product i tried for her, as she has skin (allergy) issues and a sensitive stomach. After she started eating Entoma, she has got a beautiful fur and No skin problems. Also her stomach is much more stable and the smelly farts has stopped as well. Great products and we love that it is sustainable too!
