I've been buying the chinchilla science selective for years but just recently they've changed it, the pellets are half the size they were so much harder for the chins to hold, they're darker and dried out, almost 'overdone' looking, very crumbly, lots have gone to powder in the bottom of the bag.
I complained to Supreme, they denied changing the recipe and said it was 'natural variation' (rubbish) they've sent me a replacement bag and its exactly the same!, my chins hate it now, they just dig it all out. I won't be buying this again until they change it back to the paler, much larger curved pellets that it used to be like.

Why oh why have you changed the what was a wonderfully perfect recipe for your ferret food???? It’s now absolutely AWFUL! HUGE chunks and so much dust I could make it into another bag! Not happy nor are many other ferret owners who I know!
