Entirely Pure 

I have been having gut issues for the past 6 years and only when I I had a consultation is when I felt.like I have been listened to. All the Gp appointments and hospital admissions all gone in 6 weeks.

Highly recommend the homeopathy kits! I have my whole family onboard too, we have changed our approach to healing Alhamdulillah.

I’ve been familiar with entirely pure for a while now, and had previously ordered some vitamins from their website which were amazing - they arrived super fast and the customer service regarding my order was great.
Recently I had been thinking about contacting entirely pure for a homeopathic consultation as I had some personal issues surrounding my health. It was my first time and so I wasn’t aware of what to expect; the whole experience of my consultation and follow up was incredible, I felt seen, heard and understood. My consultation was very thorough and Misbah made me feel very comfortable, shortly after I was sent some homeopathic remedies with instructions on how and when to take them. I am now completely in awe of this practice, as I have noticed a significant difference in what I contacted them for. It has kickstarted my desire to look after my health more, and for that I am so thankful and grateful! Thank you team entirely pure

True definition of healthy supplements and fixing your health problems. Instead of focusing on symptoms they focus on the root cause so the illness is truly cured! I couldn't recommend more

I’m really quite disappointed in this company. I did not want to raise any complaint because they were a Muslim company, but I think I have a responsibility to others to give an honest account of my experience, so that people who are on the same page as me aren’t disappointed. I regret going on the reviews and now feel as though the reviews are maybe written by people they know rather than true experiences.

I attended the consultation appointment (on 01/04/2021), and following this was not sure what to expect as it wasn’t explained to me. But then I received some things to ingest in the post, with no explanation of what they were. There were part names on the small envelopes but nothing more. When I tried to google them terrifying things came up, like breast cancer tissue. And then I realised that I could be getting it wrong and shouldn’t rely on my own research.

I emailed them to find out what it was they had given me. Bear in mind that they were very responsive with emails up until the consultation, but the following series of emails were ignored or not responded to properly.

On 11/04/2021 I emailed to say I received some things in the post, but would appreciate them talking me through what they are before I took them. As I did not feel comfortable taking something without knowing what it was. They did not respond, however I figured that because it was Ramadan, I would give them time.
On 21/05/2021 I emailed them again to say I haven’t received a response.
On 21/05/2021, they emailed to apologise and ask if I’d like to know how to take them.
On 22/05/2021 I replied to say that what I was after was just an explanation of what they are and why those products were chosen for me.
On 24/05/2021 they replied again without explaining what they were but giving a vague explanation e.g. that they were for my hormonal issue
On 30/05/2021 I emailed thanking them but again explained that I just wanted an explanation of what each of them was and why it would be good for those things
Again, they did not reply to this email
On 08/06/2021 I emailed again to say it has been difficult to get the right information that I need to take these products and that I would like to know where to send them back to because there’s no use keeping them if I can’t take them due to not knowing what they are.
It is now 17/07/2021 and I have still not received a response which makes me think they are avoiding telling me what the products are. This makes me think my research was correct that one of the products was breast cancer tissue. But my issue is that if they really believed in these products, they wouldn’t avoid telling me what it was and why they think it would be helpful. They should be able to make a case for their effectiveness. It makes it very hard to trust them as a company, and to take their products. £80 down the drain for me. I wish I’d invested in a hormone test instead. I’m really so disappointed because someone had spoken highly of them. And it has really put me off seeking out alternative treatment.

If you would like to know what you’re taking and not blindly take something given to you, I’d recommend you go elsewhere. But if you’re happy to go in blind, then go for it.

The kindest people and best customer service you will ever encounter and from someone who didn’t know much about health, I can honestly say I learnt so much from entirely pure as they are ready to answer my questions and are always there to make a difference!
