Allover a good performance 👏
First contact and preparations are quite well. People are friendly and willing to help. Organisation and execution are also quite good. Even Enpal is using some programmes to garantie a most smooth workflow and to secure each single steps, there is still one star for improvement. But this is complain on a very high level.

I have already posted a comment and ENPAL responded very quickly. They recommended I contact their “Support” group. I had already done that and the “ Support “ group told me to fix the problem myself and closed their ticket.
Riccardo Castellano has now been in touch and hopefully will solve my problem

New heat pump in our house
Installation of heat pump and removal of former heating system during one day. Electrical connections and outdoor system were installed before. This didn't have an impact on use of former heating system. Sales person was honest and the offer was competitive.

€2,747.72 unpaid — Enpal ignores the problem and lets subcontractors intimidate workers
I worked with a team (Assemble DC12) installing solar panels for Enpal from March to May 2025, via a subcontractor (Assemble Sp. z.o.o.). I completed all assigned work — but to this day, Enpal still owes me €2,747.72.
On May 21, I raised the issue publicly, and Enpal’s CCO, Boris Radke, promised to look into it.
Since then: no contact, no resolution — only silence.
Instead of taking responsibility, I was contacted by the subcontractor and pressured to delete my comment, with the warning that I might “never get paid” if I kept speaking publicly.
This wasn’t a misunderstanding — it was intimidation.
I have written proof of that conversation.
Enpal keeps hiding behind layers of outsourcing while workers on the ground are left unpaid. That’s not how an ethical, sustainable company should act.

No customer support
Bought a house, previous owner died. Enpal asking me to takeover without any explanation, expecting me to sign a decade contract without any explanation. Recommend me to get in touch with the deceased owner!! No answer to calls, no reply to emails.
I don't even know what's on the roof and how it functions.
Update:
After trustpilot review, an external employee got in touch with me and, we started to push customer service together. After countless attemps, we still could not speak to someone who can help us.
We decided to take the solar panels out, still no answer about the process.
I am using electricity, and I have no idea, to whom I need to pay st what rate.
Unbelievable poor customer support. How did you manage to convert an "almost" customer, who bought a house with installed infrastructure and ready to sign a contract with a 20 min call and information exchange to a person looking for ways to sue you?
If you won't need customer support for 20 years of your lease, choose them!
UPDATE: Still sending me mails with the name of the deceased previous owner, and I still do not know to whom I will pay for electricity.
