Started off well offering responses that were good for us to hear and capture our interest
The delivery of the services progressively failed, the solar could not be delivered, the battery was not available despite requesting us to install a concrete pad.
Disappointed in the experience, deal with them cautiously

We had a solar and battery system installed just over a month ago, and it has been nothing but problems since day one. The system has been unreliable, and now it has escalated to the point where my house has no power at all.

What is completely unacceptable is the lack of support.

I currently have an open support ticket that has gone 8 days without a single response. During that time, I have sent multiple follow-ups and updates, including reporting that the system is not functioning and my home is without power. Still nothing.

No acknowledgement. No troubleshooting. No urgency.

This is not a minor inconvenience. This is a complete failure of a critical home system, and the company responsible has effectively gone silent.

When you are selling and installing systems that people rely on for basic power, disappearing when something goes wrong is unacceptable.

I bought a complete system in April 2024 and the installation was smooth. Only afterwards all problems startet. The system was not registered in the system and up to now, 18 month after the initial start, i still did not receive any payment. 1KOMMA5° blames the grid oberster, but in reality it was them who force to change to Solandeo.

⚠️ Review / Complaint – Extremely Poor Service and Lack of Support
I had solar panels installed by this company on two investment properties, and the experience has been terrible from start to finish.
The price changed several times before installation, and even after booking installation days, no one showed up as scheduled. When the panels were finally installed in February 2025 and passed inspection, I never received any paperwork, warranties, or documentation.
Worse still, the company has never lodged the paperwork with my electricity provider (Powercor) to register the solar system on my roof. Despite sending over 10 emails and making more than 20 calls, I have received no follow-up, no response, and no resolution. On the rare occasion I manage to reach someone, they promise to call back but never do.
I have now lodged formal complaints with both the ACCC and the Energy Ombudsman in the hope of getting this matter resolved. This has been an extremely disappointing and stressful experience.
Avoid this company at all costs.

They are punctual and also flexible in the timings! Great!!

I contacted this Company in March, paid 50% deposit for the installation of solar panels and a car charger and now it is the 2 July and still nobody has come to do the installation. I have been given installation dates and times, taken the time off work, even cancelled a weeks holiday and nobody arrived or even contacted me to say they were not coming. I am now trying to get a refund.

Kaan is a great sales person. Transparently explained all details and informed us about all costs and necessities. He is kind and supportive. Also guiding perfectly. Today we decided to proceed with 1komma5grad company and applied for a credit already. Thanks for providing a proactive and realistic sales person! Also knows technical details deeply about his job.
