poor delivery
When things are time critical and you pay for next day delivery and it arrives several days later then you would expect some follow up and resolution???
Thank you for your reply there were several emails to your company trying to pin down when and if the delivery was going to arrive, so the problem was highlighted after the first failed delivery and the subsequent ones.

On the rare occasion a customer upgrades to next day delivery and this doesn't arrive on time we will always either refund the additional shipping or offer to refund the item in full, if the item is no longer needed.
