We love our counsel table

We love our counsel table; it’s exactly what we were looking for and is a beautiful solid piece for a great price. I was slightly disappointed after making the purchase to find out it was out of stock, but English Elm gave us the opportunity to cancel or wait for the next shipment. We waited and it arrived a couple of weeks before expected. It came FedEx and was easy to assemble.

The service and delivery was great

The service and delivery was great. The actual rug is kind of cheap. When laid down the edges would not lay flat and puckered up. We ended up turning it over and are looking at the back of the rug, not what we expected.

Excellent rug, poor customer support

First, I want to say I LOVE the rug - the color and materials are wonderful. It is soft, laid flat quickly with no wrinkles and is exactly as the picture colors showed. The reason I deducted a star is the communication from your company. I left a voicemail and sent an email requesting shipping time because I travel for work and needed to know when it would ship. I received NO response. Very frustrating.

Issue with supply and customer service.

I was contacted over a week after ordering that the item would not ship until June! I ordered it here because they had indicted it was in stock. So, I asked them to cancel the order. Several days later I get an email that says we will have to see what the warehouse says??? Anyway, after a couple more days, I get an email that my item has shipped. Interesting that when I say I dont want to wait several months for an order, they magically find one to ship??? Item arrived without any issues and I am happy with it. However, I will not shop here again. They need to tighten up customer service and inventory issues first.

Great Customer Service

Contacted the company when I wasn’t receiving a shipment confirmation and they were very responsive. Once shipped, my mirrors arrived quickly and were packaged well preventing any damage. They are beautiful and exactly as pictured.

Woolrich Queen Quilt Set

When I ordered the quilt set they let me know it was out of stock but I could reserve one from the next order. They said I could expect it the beginning to the middle of March and it came on March 17th with no problems. Definitely recommend English Elm. Thank you!

Called Customer Svc. Was told to email CSvc and that I would receive a response immediately, probably that day. Emailed immediately. Never received a response from anyone to this day
