Had external insulation.not only was the quality first class.so was the service

I recently had my roof insulation and external wall insulation done by Energy Efficiency Group, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and incredibly respectful of our home and circumstances.

There are too many wonderful people to thank individually, but I want to give a special shout-out to Jugbir, who went above and beyond. He took the time to truly understand our situation, especially the needs surrounding my daughter, and showed genuine care and empathy throughout the process. His support made a real difference, and we’re so grateful.

The quality of the work is excellent, and we’re already noticing the benefits in terms of comfort and energy savings. If you're considering insulation work, I wholeheartedly recommend Energy Efficiency Group — they deliver not just great service, but also kindness and understanding.

When I was first approached with a leaflet whilst dealing with my recycling, I was suspicious and doubtful. However, the no-pressure information persuaded me to book an appointment for further information, and I decided to go ahead.
Everything was explained thoroughly and all questions - no matter how simple - answered without me feeling patronised. There was never any pressure from the start.
We had new roof insulation, extractors in bathrooms and kitchen, various ventilation bits added to some windows, a new boiler, a new controller with temperature monitor and display through my WiFi, and clever little gadgets on the radiators.
Visits were booked in a timely fashion, and the different sets of workmen were efficient and cleaned up afterwards. Before we knew it everything was finished.
The only problem we had was with the loft hatch. It was working perfectly before the new insulation was fitted, but would not close and had damage afterwards. I contacted the firm, sent pictures to show what I was concerned about, and within a few days a workman came and made sure the hatch was repaired to our satisfaction.
From suspicion to a significant house improvement in a couple of months that didn't cost me a penny, and it was nice to get something back from the government!
I have no hesitation in recommending this company for this type of project.

Excellent Follow-up and Quality Work by Energy Efficiency Group

Energy Efficiency Group completed extensive work on my property, including external wall insulation, flat roof insulation, loft insulation, and the installation of ventilation fans in the bathrooms, over 18 months ago. Recently, they contacted me and sent an inspector to check the quality of the completed work.

Their inspector was thorough and identified a few minor defects and errors, which is commendable and appreciated. Unlike many construction companies, where you often have to request repairs and are met with excuses or demands for extra payment, Energy Efficiency Group promptly sent their team with all necessary materials to fix the problems. All repairs were completed to an excellent standard and free of charge.

I believe the director of this company, Juggy, prioritizes client satisfaction and quality of work above profit, which is highly commendable.

Since having the wall and loft insulation installed, we’ve encountered several serious issues:
Our boiler keeps turning off unexpectedly.
Our mirrors have developed water inside them, likely due to condensation caused by the insulation.
Mould has started forming on the ceiling, when they put the fan, which was not an issue before.

These problems only began after the insulation work was completed.

Saying he had held our number on their records and had been given this by the Government. When I started asking who was calling he rudely hung up.

He had in fact just being going through the internet and calling companies without screening for TPS. It is against the law to call TPS reg companies with sales calls.To hold information on a company without permission is against the law.

The team did an amazing job! I'm thrilled with the results of the external wall insulation. They were professional throughout. They efficiently coordinated everything internally and even had gas engineers and electricians working simultaneously. The staff were extremely helpful and left the property clean. Everyone, from the administration to the workers, was incredibly supportive. The work was completed in less than 10 days. A big thanks to the manager.

Survey done back in February, people seemed very good initially. I had high hopes as work was approved within 2 weeks and a date booked for the insulation. It's now been 8 months and no work has been completed. Numerous correspondence, further surveys but just fobbed off! Awful service and company. It seems these grant schemes haven't improved, very disappointed in this so called energy efficiency schemes, I've been left with no boarding on my cellar ceiling and all the cold air coming up through the floor boards. My neighbour has had a similar experience, I would definitely not recommend, 1 star is generous!

I was recommended this company by a relative and had a new boiler and underfloor insulation (UFI) fitted. The engineers were fast and efficient. I was particularly impressed with the professionalism of the assessor, Jaggi who explained the process and always responded to my calls/questions. There was a bit of a problem at the beginning with one of the UFI fitters, however, Jaggi supported me to resolve the issue without too much delay.

we live in Blaby and we were recomended by a friend to this company!. They fitted underfloor insulation in our living room and fitted a brand new worcester combi-boiler for free under a govrnment grant scheme!.
From first visit to us to doing work was within a 7 day period as they promised/ all work carried out was done efficiently and to a highly professional standard!,
We are extremely happy with the service we were provided!.

Absolutely Great Service and proper professional work. The whole experience was smooth and their representative (Jaggi) was brilliant. Always answered the call or got back if he missed when I called. He explained everything before the work started and came over after the work finised to check how things had been done. I got a new boiler and underfloor insulation free of cost and work done to a proper standard. I would higly recommend their service.

I took advantage of this scheme & can highly recommended it to anyone who’s eligible. I had a like for like Ideal boiler & have already noticed the savings in my monthly fuel bills.The workmen were polite & friendly & whilst on my premises stuck to the Covid guidelines.
