Having completed my NVQ level 7 in Senior construction management with Endeavour I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to undertake this qualification. The process was streamlined and the tutor - Gary Kidd was very informative and helpful throughout the course.

Excellent experience throughout. Just did my NVQ7 in Construction Senior Management with Endeavour Group and the process is very clear and the team and assessors very helpful. I 100% recommend them. Now I started my process of applying for MCIOB which also will be through them. They will check everything before submitting so I will be 100% sure that everything is as it should.

I recently completed my MCIOB with Endeavour Training in Jan 2025 after completing my NVQ7 with Endeavour Training as well in 2024 and I could not be more pleased with my experience as the service was outstanding. The entire experience and approach from Paul Judge, Paul Kent and the team was so smooth and professional throughout. I completed my professional review for the CIOB and with the Endeavour team's guidance I felt allot more confident with my writing when completing the assessments. With their support you have a better understanding of the context of the questions being asked of you by the CIOB making it easier to break down the requirements in the relevant categories to complete the assessments. I will definitely recommend Endeavour Training as the team are first class.

Paul and his team were all very professional from the initial discussion meeting to receiving my NVQ 7 . They explained the process clearly and were always available for any questions that I had. Endeavour have been first class the whole way through it. I completed it ahead of time with the help and assistance of Paul Kent and Jacob Judge.
