Long time customer let down
I’ve been a long time customer and my account was hacked. The transaction and delivery were rejected and money was paid back so that was fine. But following this my account has been suspended for suspicious behaviour even though I’m the one who reported the issue in the first place. I’m now unable to ordered anything. Despite spending a lot of money in the past. No common sense from customer service and refusal to escalate the issue even if I’ve reported the fraud in the first place. They let the transaction go through in the first place even though I rejected from my banking app.

So far 5 star. The size 11 was significantly smaller then other shoes of the same size. But I followed the prompts and sent it back for a size exchange. Let see how the full process goes. But so far so good.

A little annoyed there was a surprise fee from FedEx of $78 CAD. That was enough for me to want to cancel the order. Happy with the clothes though
