Ordered to US, has been delayed at customs for 10 days. Assuming something hasn't been paid but end. uses fedex which could also be the issue. Overall not a good experience so far ordering to the US but they keep sending me emails to review so here you go.

Bought Hoka tor summit there was a slight problem regarding a tiny fault nothing I couldn't live with but still a fault spoke with Jamie who offered me a full refund or if I wanted to keep the shoes a 15% refund which I excepted thanks Jamie to say I am happy would be an understatement excellent customer service will definitely buy from end in the future. ps I got the shoes for £79.90 were originally £170
