Another good experience purchasing from END. Great products, delivered quickly and well packaged. Contacted customer service (turned out it was my ineptitude that was the issue), responses were quick, friendly and helpful (especially given the issue was my failure to read emails before deleting them!). Recommended retailer.

I think i have had a very good experience in the past, both online and in the physical shop at Grey Street in Newcastle. However, this time i was a bit dissapointed because i did not get the help i was looking for: i bought two pair of jeans and they got delivered to my flat door but when i made it home the box had nothing inside and it was ripped slightly on the side. I raised it with customer services immidietaly as i found the box and they told me “we cant help you any further”. The building has a secure entry (keyfob) so when i reported to the police and they gave me a crime reference, the police officer said “it was most likely the dpd driver”.
Anyway, i don’t think End is to blame for what happened, but i think a better assistance to a customer when something like this happens is due. For reference: i have raised a dispute with my credit card, but if End were a bit more professional, i do not want the money, i just want the jeans, they could just have offered to replace them and deliver them to their physical shop this time

Possibly my 10th time or more ordering from END. Love their curation, sometimes we might even get access to collections that might not be available worldwide and their timely delivery is one that not all online platforms can consistently perform so well.

Absolutely love these shoes! They arrived incredibly fast from END. and looked even better in person. They are the perfect balance of style and comfort—the pointed toe looks so elegant, but the block heel makes them sturdy enough to wear all day at work without any pain. Highly recommend shopping with them!

Very poor delivery from DPD. The delivery driver failed to follow my delivery instructions, firstly assuming that nobody was in and then on the redelivery on the next day, he delivered the package to the wrong neighbour.
