I bought a pair of jeans from END and…
I bought a pair of jeans from END and they arrived well packaged and as described pretty quickly. However they were just too big and didn’t fit me despite being a 32 waist carhart simple jeans are huge. I looked like I had my dads pants on. Anyway no issues the END return mechanism was simple to follow using Royal Mail. I had a notification from END my return was received and when my refund had been processed which was only a few days and not months like some retail companies. good experience all round and will buy from again. Buy with confidence

Missing items and no follow up
Ordered 3 items online 10 days ago, however so far only received 1 item. I have no clue where are the remaining items. There is no follow up actions from END. very disappointed and bad experience. Definitely not recommended.
