If you are unsure about your size, BEWARE
Product itself was fine, return experience is horrendous if you are in the United States. It would have costed me way less to buy the exact same item again than to return my item due to shipping costs.

Easy and understanding customer service
Grace was very helpful regarding an issue I had with an item and arranged a prompt replacement and free return postage for me to return the original. It was a very smooth process and I didn’t have to battle to get the item replaced.

Brilliant company BUT! Source out different couriers
Brilliant company, great choice of clothing on the website, the only thing I recommend and to look into is changing the courier service from DPD, or having a wider selection. Several parcels coming from the Dagenham branch are always late or there's an issue. It's gotten to the point now, I'm hesitant to make future purchases knowing there's a possibility it may come through Dagenham depot causing delays and inconveniences.
