Management just wants to argue with you when you have a problem! I needed to cancel my coverage and they told me that I have to pay for three months before I can cancel! On the agreement it says you can cancel within 30 days! I would not deal with these people if you don’t want a problem with getting something covered! I would not recommend this company for anything!!!

I called around to get pricing on full coverage for my older 2014 KIA Optima with a new engine, but high milage of roughly 252,000. My car is in excellent repair and runs great and I've always done every routine maintenance since it was new and I informed each company of this when calling for quotes. The Empire representative assured me that they cover the entire vehicle and offered me 3 years for the price of 2 if I paid cash up front of $1,500. I greed and paid cash with my bank card. I received a pamphlet in the mail that said 'congratulations' your battery is covered, and some language about a payment plan with interest. I called in to inquire and was told that my vehicle had too many miles on it and that they would not cover any repairs, and told me that I just paid to cover the battery. I asked to speak to a manager who assured me that it was a mistake and that it showed that I had full coverage and that I would receive a package in the mail showing my policy. I never received anything. My car runs great and I didn't need to make a claim, but I started receiving text messages less than 8 months later that my policy was expiring and to contact them(I paid for 3 years with cash $1,500!) I called in again only to be told that I only had battery coverage. I asked them if they recorded phone calls and they said they did. I said that if they checked, they would hear what I was offered and signed up for, 'why would I give them $1,500 cash to cover a battery?' They refused to investigate or make it right or offer to refund my money. Total scam artists, and I'm chaulking it up to a bad experience, but I highly recommend avaoiding this business. Okay then, I will wait for the outcome of your internal investigation. I want to know if you are sincere or this is part of your modos...... I am about to finish paying my contract with Empire and suddenly the salesman Eric Nies canceled my contract and entered me with a new one without my confirmation. This is disgusting because my old contract has a 4 years duration with 2 years payment period and 2 years free and now I am starting all over again. This very unprofessional. I am now canceling my new contract and i am awaiting for the refund. This is like a scam. Eric Nies is not a good person to deal with. I tried to talk and email him without reply. I am awaiting for the management action on this.

You misled who you were
You lied about when the coveragestarted you lied about it being a contract
Said nothing about a three-year contract contracting and $2900 you said nothing about $195 down payment
Trying to get someone on the phone is like pulling teeth. I spent all day yesterday calling around, trying to get somebody.
I finally got a hold of a company called GF something services who walked me through how to cancel it online yesterday disputed the charge with my bank
Called the number attached to my bank account that says empire spoke to him yesterday told him I was disputing the charges for fraud
He told me the transcript that he was reading said something different than what I was saying him. He’s a liar because what I said was true. I would like to hear the voice message on the recalls that you record, but it certainly not what he was reading.
So the policies was canceled after nine days
And then I wake up to a new charge from you this morning
I will be notifying the Better Business Bureau
And possibly even a news
And don’t think you’re gonna get somebody on the phone

I have contacted empire 4 times to get the information on my policy and each time the customer service representative says it is on the way via email or by us postal but after a 6 weeks I still don’t have any information on my coverage
I am going to cancel unless I see my policy and I do expect a refund as I don’t even know if I’m covered but my credit card is getting billed

I was comparing prices among Empire and other companies, boom found one better and decided to get with them, turned around and called Empire back. They would not let me cancel my membership, at that point I was maybe 5 days in, instead received some of the most craziest reasons why I couldn't cancel. Called back again, the next time was told they were out to lunch, um why you couldn't just let the machine or AI inform me if that were the case, by the way this was after 2:00 in the afternoon. Finally decided to talk to my bank about the company and let them do what they do.... highly disappointed in Empire. That's not the way to start out as a new company it makes you sound and your actions look desperate guys.

You all was well aware of the policy cancel and still took money from my account, lied about a refund that never received, tried to make me renew , said they waived the deposit, and still refused to give my refund, so I canceled the new policy because they refused my refund. And lied about my refund and said they won’t be refunding me at all .
