Excellent service from Emperor with very prompt delivery via DPD. I had a problem with one of the samples that was delivered incorrectly but it was dealt with the same day.
Too early to give feedback on the paint durability but first impressions are very encouraging.

Applied on top of Stormdry
We applied Stormdry to the outside of our newly plastered garage walls. Following some deep research, we learnt most masonary paints could not be applied on top of Stormdry. Emperor paint was recommended and although it was pricey, we purchased and applied to our garage walls. It was easy to apply and we are delighted with the finish. We would not hesitate in purchasing this paint in the future, some things are just worth paying a little bit extra for and it was easily applied, lovely paint to work with.

Regarding your question, Emperor Sealing Creme is designed to penetrate into porous surfaces such as brickwork and concrete to provide water repellence. Once applied, it can affect the absorbency of the surface, so we would not recommend applying paint over areas treated with Sealing Creme, as the paint may not adhere correctly.

Good waterproofing on wall underground level
Ordered by 1pm and received my order next day, very efficient and quick turnaround.
We used the product to seal a new brick wall built with lime mortar, the wall is 300mm under ground level. The result was good, splashed water to test it 2hr after, water was running not sitting on the surface! I will be using it on another wall that had water penetration in the past! Good product.
