EmmaSleep fail to edeem voucher.

EmmaSleep allow their product to be sold by LivingSocial - effectively to act as their retailer. LivingSocial issue vouchers - they call them 'wowchers' when you pay them, and these vouchers are supposed to be honoured by the retailer, and the item is promised within 23 working days.
My voucher 27615421 was redeemewd on 11th Sept, but but as of Oct 26th, Emmasleep say they haven't recieved it. LivingSocial say they sent it. One of them is not telling the truth, but I have no mattress and no money.
I bought the mattress because I thought Emmasleep was a reputable company with reputable trading practices. But all their Customer Service Dept do is send me endless emails with customer complaint numbers: I have six of them now! And still they don't deliver a mattress. Stay a long way clear of either of these companies!

Good products, very poor customer service, awful delivery times

Having bought not one, but two mattresses recently, at no small cost, I decided to invest in a couple of the Premium Cloud pillows. One disadvantage of living in Ireland is that we don't enjoy the same offers that are available in the UK, so I waited until the price came down, which did eventually, so I ordered two. That was July 4th.

So far so good. I had confirmation of my order almost immediately along with a tracking number! Well, I thought, that's a bit weird - a tracking number when they've only just been ordered? So I waited to be given a delivery date. And waited, and waited some more, but all was crickets. Radio silence. Nothing. So I "reached out" - how I hate that phrase....I contacted them, and guess what? It was a robot. Not only was it a robot, but one who didn't recognise me or my order, so I had to be put through to a human anyway! This whole process took quite a few minutes. So having got through to a human I had to provide all details again! This is infuriating to say the least. I explained my disappointment only to be met with the rather condescending reply...."Your disappointment is valid" Grrrrr! Anyway, I was told it was delayed. No kidding! I knew that already....hence my enquiry. I was told I would be sent a delivery date in due course. I was indeed sent a delivery date, but a few days later I had another email - the delivery was delayed AGAIN!. This order was placed on 4th July. I received it on 21st July. Even more irritating were the self-congratulatory emails from Emma, praising themselves for delivery of said order!

The pillows and mattresses, are comfortable. Very expensive, but comfortable.
Customer service is POOR and because of this I honestly don't know whether or not to recommend this company. They pride themselves on quality products - well Emma, you should invest some of your profits on good customer services and quick deliveries.
