I was in the Dubai mall branch…

I was in the Dubai mall branch yesterday and a very very sweet, smiling lady helped me with everything! Her name was Seema Pandey.

They will never "HELP" you.

Very bad experience with Maryam Hayel Wardeh, financial remediation side of ENBD. I was offered one-month exceptional interest-based deferment subject to clear the overdue payment against my “Personal Loan”. I complied and kept them updated on emails. After paying the overdue, they were already unresponsive. No rejections, no updates, no nothing. 6 emails later, and after sending the 6th one, it didn't take Maryam 10 minutes to reject my deferment. No proper apologies or anything. Just a template (copy paste) rejection email. No compassion at all, no understanding especially during these dire times. These people will lure you, and you have to remember, they are not HELPING you. They are only after their TARGET. Not at all about HELPING YOU AS A DECENT HUMAN BEING. I felt cheated on honestly. Wow.

Overall

Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the bank—especially with the credit card services. This is supposedly a premium credit card (Skywards Infinite), but the reality is completely different.

Booking through the Thriwe portal is a complete frustration. For weeks, I couldn’t even log in due to a server outage. Now that the portal is finally working again, bookings are still extremely difficult because available slots are gone almost immediately.

Even when you manage to book, the confirmation takes far too long. Reliable planning is nearly impossible. Thriwe, overall, feels unprofessional. The customer support is also disappointing—the call center is hard to understand due to language barriers and poor communication quality.

In summary, the service does not live up to its premium promise in any way—honestly, even one star feels too generous.

Lot's of Disappointments

Been with ENBD for almost 9years and tried to get a loan with positive credit score and good salary it got rejected how many times. It's disappointing, and what's even more disappointing is their agent wanted to harass me on the day I called him to my office. I wanted to tell the police and shows our whatsapp conversation but I stopped cause I don't want to ruin his life here in UAE.

I had issues collecting my clearance…

I had issues collecting my clearance letter for a loan which was closed 9 years ago . I tried to get help from call center and other agents . When i visited Mr Amar Kaur in Jumeirah branch , she was extremely helpfull and compationate . She helped me in getting the issue sorted in 1 day . I am so happy with service i have received. Thank you !!

A ENBD e-banking web site full of software bugs with inaccuarte information

The company who have developed the ENBD e-banking web-site (or maybe ENBD themselves) are complete amateurs. They never took the time to test what they have developed, and there are dozens of irritating software bugs which show wrong information and you can't even see what your credit card balance is. When you tell them please fix all these errors they come back asking for a list of errors, when these errors are very obvious if they do a nasic quality control test. I can't trust any more my money with ENBD

I am extremely disappointed with the…

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Emirates NBD regarding a fraudulent transaction on my account.
Despite reporting the issue and sending multiple emails, I did not receive any proper response or support from the bank. When I contacted customer service, instead of assisting with resolving the fraudulent transaction, I was simply told to go to the police station to claim my amount.
As a customer, I expected the bank to take responsibility, investigate the fraud, and provide guidance or support throughout the process. The lack of response and assistance from Emirates NBD is very frustrating and feels unfair to customers who trust the bank with their money.
I hope the bank improves its fraud handling process and customer support, as situations like this can cause serious financial stress.

the worst expirance that i had ever in…

the worst expirance that i had ever in UAE bankning,

5 days trying to get a hold of any of the dam customer sercvices and JUST now after waiting more than halfhour on the line the represintative hanged the phone off and they never call back.

just becouse i changed my phone i faced hell within the mobile app. and yet is not actinated nor working

Amount was transferred ENBD to my Masriq account i have visited masriq bank and they said amount still not credit to my account so what could be the reason to hold?

Worst banking experience I’ve ever had.

Worst banking experience I’ve ever had.

After fully settling my credit card and cancelling it, Emirates NBD still placed an outstanding balance of 1,500 AED on my account with no clear explanation.

On top of that, they rejected my international transfer after already charging me 250 AED in beneficiary fees.

It has been constant back and forth complaints with zero resolution, no accountability, and no proper customer support. Very disappointing experience.

Emirates Mall branch- Eva- Customer Service/Greeter/Problem solver- I want to express my sincere thanks to Eva for all her help today. She was absolutely amazing in assisting me with accessing the app. She was patient, professional, and truly went the extra mile to help resolve my issues.
Eva regularly checked in on me to make sure everything was going well and supported me right through to the final step. She is a true professional—very knowledgeable, confident in the information she provides, and excellent at guiding customers through challenges. Despite helping many others at the same time, she remained calm, attentive, and had a smile throughout.

For a major bank, the onboarding process felt disorganised and inefficient. After significant time wasted with no real progress, I withdrew my application and chose to move my capital elsewhere.

My account got hacked with 25,000 and…

My account got hacked with 25,000 and immediately blocked the card and called the bank to open case and investegate but unfortunately whenever I'm calling them always system down and they can't raise the request and keep hearing same answer from customer service that they keep sending emails to fraud department but no reply. Now passed almost 5 months and no update at all and as I understand from customer service this frauds happening regularly. After hearing this I had to open another account in different bank to transfer my salary since NBD customer support don't have time to help their clients
