If I could give a zero I would. A hoody I brought from a picture in their website is nothing like the product I received. What I received was TEMU quality $5 jumper made in China with no shop label. Terrible cheap fleece. DO NOT BUY OFF THIS SHOP. I wish I had googled before I brought.

Total Scam!! Same as other reviews. The website is a sham. All false advertising, you do not get the product shown. It is not express Royal Mail delivery. My dress was shipped from China and took nearly 3 weeks to arrive, via Evri. It is not free returns, they do everything they can to put you off returns and full refunds. I was offered 15% refund if I kept the dress. I said no so I was then told it was very complicated to return as needs to go through customs via US and I would have to pay, so would i accept 25% refund!! I paid £50 for a half price dress that is likely not even worth a fiver. Luckily i had paid via Paypal and they automatically refunded me. Website should be taken down. Avoid!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY it is a complete scam. Extremely poor quality not resembling the advertised items. Difficult to find a connecting email address to request a returns label. Eventually they responded and said I had to take a photo of myself wearing the item and send it to them before they could arrange for a returns label. Unbelievable.

Same as all the others - scam do not buy anything from these scum bags.

Scam, ordered two dresses for a wedding that did not arrive in time. Really poor quality. 8 emails into the return now with offer of 35% refund.

I should've known that this process is all a scam. The website provides no availability to complete the return online with the only option to contact via an email. Thereby pressurising customers into not returning their items for full refund.

The website states that the return window is 30 days from delivery with refund timeliness 10 days after receipt.

Cheap material, emails for return are requesting evidence of photo when I have stated multiple times that I just don’t like the fit of the outfit. Took ages to arrive and basically no customer service. Reviews on the website are fabricated.

Really awful experience all round, never buy from this company. The website Emilia Rose masquerades as an online boutique in fact its not its Emilia_Melbourne, The dress I ordered was poorly made from the worst, cheapest material and colour not as shown. I tried to return on the basis that it also didn't fit, after a few emails asking me to take photos of the dress, which I did, they stopped responding and did not send me the return details I had asked for many times. I haven't used Trust Pilot before and should have or I would have read the other less than favouable reviews and wouldn't have been conned.

It looks like a small business, even with the picture of the owners. Merchandise is sent from China, you only know until you can track the package. Very low quality and wrong sizes. The reviews on the page must be fake. The email for returns bounces back. I was able to talk with customer services, they seem pretty nice but never sent a return invoice or address. Just asking for pictures and reason for return, despite the page saying “no questions asked”. And it’s not cheap either. Definitely do not buy from them.

Bought a blouse. Was one size too big. They agreed (eventually) to replace it out of the goodness of their hearts. Wanted me to first forward $36 postage before any other details would be supplied (no return address). I feel they would keep my money and disappear.

I would warn anyone against using this company. In my view it is a scam . The products do not resemble what you see online and are extremely poor quality materials and workmanship. The company makes it extremely difficult or impossible to return or get a refund with endless requests for info or other discounts. It's a scam Please don't bother with them at all.

Their contact "email" doesn't even exist. So any order, is yours for the keeping because you cannot contact them to return an item. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Scam, ordered a dress apart from being really poor quality and took ages to ship from China, the dress was tiny and far to small. Im currently going through a merry-go-round of emails to get an exchange or refund. Email one, they asked me to send a video, email two a photo of the label showing the size ( despite me providing the order number and telling them I would like an exchange as its too small) just heed the warning and don't buy from this retailer.

Do NOT buy from this website. Ordered the blazer and got an unlined stretchy number that looked nothing like the image and it had a bad chemical smell. The return email also does not work and is definitely not a wholesome family business.

Cheap quality at high end prices. Postage took 2 weeks. May as well shop at Temu.
Avoid.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM EMILIA. VERY POOR QUALITY. TOOK EONS TO ARRIVE. YOU CANNOT RETURN ITEMS THAT WERE ON OFFER. VERY SLICK LOOKING SITE THAT IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF. I SPENT OVER £100 ON 2 ITEMS WHICH ARE ABSOLUTE RUBBISH.

Do not buy from this Company.
Every review is correct in my experience.

28 May - returns label received - cost to me to post to USA (California)
1st May - order paid for by me

Emilia POLICY already stated that any refund will only be given if within 30 days of order

I have 2 DAYS to send/Emilia to receive and process and agree for my money back

Emilia is a SCAM company
