This company needs to close down!!

I wouldn’t even give it one star deserves zero. Still have never recieved the dress I ordered , they have never replied to any of my emails. Terrible scam.

I ordered a dress in late June 2025 and it’s now January 2026 and it still hasn’t arrived. I had to follow up with my bank. Many many emails were sent to the brand, with no reply. It’s definitely a scam website. Please avoid at all costs!

I ordered a sweater and got some shiny polyester screen printed replica. Awful quality and so ugly!!!

I ordered a dress for my birthday and it did eventually arrive weeks later. The dress was awful quality and clearly was not the same dress they'd stolen the picture of. I have been in an email dispute back and forth for over a month and had to fight to get them to refund me 70% of the purchase price. I decided to settle for this because they were refusing to give me a full refund unless I sent it back to China at my own expense. I believed this was made in Melbourne and should have checked. Once I decided I'd take the 70% so that I'd at least get something back, they said the 30 day window had closed and I was entitled to nothing. I will continue to fight them on this given the dress was completely different as pictured. Do not buy from this company.

Do not order from this website. I ordered a dress back in August for my 60th birthday in October now it is December and I am still waiting on my dress. Only ever got one response to my many emails. I don't expect to ever receive this item and when I called the bank they said this was a legit company and they couldn't treat it as a scam.. Go figure.

This is a scam website. I purchased a dress that never arrived. Multiple emails to the brand were not answered. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered months and months ago 2 dresses and some earrings back in 7th August, never arrived, shows as it’s still being shipped, will not respond to emails or shop app contact and I have tried to process fraud request through bank they have rejected. Almost $300 of order gone and I can’t do anything and it’s a huge scam!! Be aware and do not order off this site it’s fraudulent

Scam. Do not order. Purchased a dress 3 months ago, the item hasn’t been delivered, and I haven’t received a response from over 4 emails following this up with their customer service team (if they even exist).

Do NOT buy from this company. Items are NOT as described. You are NOT buying from a little boutique in Melbourne. Don’t do it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Scam website. I ordered on the 17th August and still have not received my dress. I have emailed their customer server team MULTIPLE times and I am getting absolutely no response. Please DO NOT shop on this website.

Scam company. Paid $130+ for a dress, received a generic email that the item had been shipped but no legitimate tracking number. Never received and do not respond to emails. Also blocked me on instagram after privately DMing them. AVOID

Ordered a dress in May on pre order yet still not received it. Stopped replying once I asked for refund. They managed to send a dress to an influencer with high following though!!!
Turned their instagram private so just a massive scam

Horrible experience ordered my dress July 26th still haven’t been received. I have emailed countless times and get reply’s continuously with we are put out you order next weekend. Account is now private and my email address to them is believed to be block due to not getting any information or responses back. Do not buy off this website. It is a scam. Want you to be aware so you don’t loose money like me and others

The worse possible shopping experience. Awful quality shipped from China, very long shipping time. Must pay return shipping to China and zero guarantee you will receive your money.

What a shocking company! I cannot believe they are allowed to operate. I placed an order over a month ago from this “Australian” website, I was given a phony tracking number for a product coming from china. The parcel has not moved in over a month. Parcels do not take that long to arrive in Australia from china. Countless emails later and… silence. Absolutely no response. Please do not buy from this website. They are scammers and will not provide the products, a refund or even a response!

Do not buy, my product took over 2 months to arrive and was absolutely terrible quality, I emailed multiple times about its arrival and was given a faulty tracking number, I asked about returns and they said I could once I received the item I have since tried to email for a return and have had zero response, not worth the money and waste of time

Very disappointed I wish I had looked into reviews more before making my purchase, my expectations of the dress that was advertised on this site did not match, the material was a let down and poorly made plus the packaging wasnt great.
Returning item was a huge dilemma with a bigger cost on my end, held up at customs....finally arrived at warehouse located in China, and here I thought this Dress was from an Australian Company.
After multiple emails sent and a few replys I was expecting to receive a refund....no Surprise there I'm still waiting. I do have documentation, copies, photos with the Merchant, Australia Post, Afterpay etc... proof on my end I've believe ive done everything right as a customer in the returns policy. Purchased item 20th May 2025 and still waiting from my refund.....
