Terrible, poor quality of product, not Melbourne based, poor service for returns.

I can only assume that they are scammers.
Emails bounce and phone is unanswered.
Give your money to a charity rather than these people.

Took very long on delivery, did not have items in stock after I purchased and they would not refund my money, instead they were forcing to purchase something else. After sending products out 2 months later, they were on all incorrect and looked they were purchased off SHEIN. I told them the wrong products were sent out and they refused to help as they said it went over the time of purchase! WHAT??? They are the worst company, do not buy from them.

Worst experience ever, online shopping at its worst.
The website is a scam, refund policy is a scam.
First the offer a 10% only refund then 20% then 30%.
Then threats of charging me International fees.
Clothing is from Temu at its best.
If you are reading this… run from the scammer.
I wish I had read these reviews.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT DO RETURNS. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Repeatative bot style email loop. They ask for a photo to show an item doesnt fit properly, and to provide evidence you are not lying to them (humiliating request).

They just take your money.

WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.

I always make a point of reading a company's return policy before purchasing clothing online, and I did the same here. Based on their stated policy, I felt comfortable ordering four dresses because I had a wedding to attend and needed to find one that fit.
I recently sustained a spinal cord injury and have gained weight as a result, so I intentionally ordered several options, knowing I would likely need to return the ones that didn't work. One dress fit, but I didn't like how it looked, so I wanted to return that one as well.
Instead of honoring their return policy, I received email after email trying to convince me to keep the dresses, with excuse after excuse as to why I shouldn't return them. I repeatedly and politely responded that I simply wanted to return the dresses for a full refund, as their policy indicated I could. Now I have 4 dresses, and not the best quality,
The entire experience was frustrating, disappointing, and unlike anything I've encountered with an online retailer. I will never purchase from this company again, and I would strongly encourage others to think twice before ordering if there's any chance you might need to make a return.

Given the extremely low product quality, poor communication, and inabiliry to return, I raised a dispute with my bank's credit card office, they chased the retailer and I got full refund directly from Emiliarose.

Wanted return+refund for extremely poor product quality, product not fit for purpose and which had nothing to do with what's presented on the website.

This is the case for credit card dispute:
Ultra-low quality, not fit for intended use, not as presented at point of sale and return T&Cs (i.e. return address and cost) unreasonable and unknown prior to purchase.

Emiliarose.com sell unbelievably low quality unlabelled items, through a well presented website, with deceptive returns+refund policy and pretentiously polite customer service.

I went through enormous pain, to try to return my order. In a nutshell: e-mails bouncing back, vouchers or discounts offered to keep the clothes, and ultimately, a return address provided on the other side of the world, with extortionate cost for post+duties+tax. All, to deter the return.

At that point I turned to UK consumer service, which didn't help, and to the credit card to dispute the transaction. ** This worked. ** I had to present evidence of communications with the retailer and photos of the product. So you have to go through this, unfortunately. But I got all the money back.

They don't deserve to do business, they deserve to be shut down, pay fines, and have their names discredited.

Do not purchase clothing from this disgraceful company. Although customer service were quick to respond to my emails, they were not helpful and just wasted my time deflecting. I ordered a silver midi skirt which looked lovely in the picture on the website, but the item I received was nothing like the picture. It was off white with awful sequins all over it! Terrible quality, so cheaply made. Classic bait and switch. They told me in order to receive a full refund, I had to send it back to China and pay for the postage. Otherwise, I could accept their offer of 25% refund and keep the ugly skirt to save me from the effort and expense of returning it. There were offers of 50% refund, then 75% refund but I wouldn't budge. It was a waste of time corresponding. I ended up lodging a dispute through PayPal and I received a full refund the next day. I wish I had contacted PayPal earlier and not wasted so much time dealing with this fraudulent company.

Do not buy from this website… they are scammers.
I brought a suit and received a disgusting piece of cloth with no tag… it was horrible. I’m trying to get a refund and it’s almost impossible. I’ve asked my bank to request a charge back.

I give 0 star! It’s a scam!!! I ordered a woman’s hoodie on 9/6/26, Order #EMILIA15895. Received it on 25/6/26. The quality is too too too bad, there is only a small size tag. No information about this product, eg. material, care instructions etc. Size is not fit me as well. I started the refund process straight away. After some communication, they offered me 15% refund, and then 35% refund and keep the product. I am not happy with this. The product is worth less than $5. I asked for 50% money back,I am waiting for their reply.

One star is far too generous. Such poor quality items. Fast fashion at its worse! Once I opened one package and saw the dismal quality of the item it wasn’t worth opening the others. When requesting a refund they told me that it would cost me a lot to ship back to China and they would offer instead a 15% refund. Unbelievable! Who does that?? As an Australian living in London UK I am appalled by the vagrancy of this so called brand who are scamming people. Be forewarned! I will be investigating customer rights in this regard.

I sent for a dress, I am a size 16/18. I ordered large. It took ages to arrive. I cannot get it over my head and I’m sure it’s a size 10/12. They want to give me a10% refund. I can’t use the dress so that’s no good I paid £44.00 for the dress. I wanted it for my granddaughters wedding. I am on old age pension as I’m 82 years old. They want me to pay for a larger replacement. They need to be taken down. Scum bags.. have they no grandparents .shame on them. Going to report them to the media 🤬😡

I am writing to try and make sure that no-one else has to lose money like my mother. She ordered a dress online and when it eventually arrived it was made of a very cheap synthetic fabric. We have tried to secure a refund (as UK/European law allows within 14 days) but after numerous emails we have now given up ever seeing any of the money. We are not clear where the company is based as Australia, USA, China and the U.K. have all been mentioned, so we have to conclude that the whole company is a complete scam so please AVOID

Items were of extremely poor quality and looked different IRL. When I asked for a refund I was informed I would have to return the items to the US (I'm in Australia) and told it would take some time to process the items. If the items weren't processed within 30 days I wouldn't qualify for a refund. Deliberately misleading and deceptive.

WOW! how disappointing with the blazer i purchased. I wish I came to trustpilot first! I paid $99 for a Blazer that isn't worth $20 and it took forever to arrive. Its going straight in the bin. They lied about the fabrication (that I could cope with, %100 polyester and elastine)) but they said it had functional pockets - why I bought it - It doesn't 😒Oh and you can't leave a review on their site so the reviews they have are BS. And the company's base is in the Netherlands.

Very poor form. Purchased a pair of shoes, not true to size and trying to get them exchanged or returned has been dissapointing.
NO more purchases from this company for me.

This is a scam site from China, items bear no resemblance to photos and are very very poor quality and fabric, and unlikely to get any refund.
DON’T GO THERE

Horrendous quality. I spent $100 and received a nearly sheer, fully polyester romper that I couldn't even put on because the fabric felt so horrible. I reached out to customer service to return this item I haven't even worn, and they are making me prove with photos that there's an issue. I bet they never let me return it. Scam company
