Ordered blinds without measurement protection, so apprehensive about my measuring. Arrived safely and fitted perfectly in 10min, so i turns out my measuring was good. Well packaged and solid construction and look great. Really pleased 5 Stars

Perfect Fit Shutters are perfect
Easy to use website, lots of helpful information about the shutters I wanted to buy. Good price. Was told wait would be up to 4 weeks due to demand and they arrived exactly 4 weeks later. Spoke to their online chat and they were extremely helpful. Shutters were packaged really well. Only complaint would be fitting instructions that were photocopied were very faint so pictures hard to see. But the shutters were extremely easy to fit and took just a few minutes. Would recommend this company and will definitely use again.

Lovely company to deal with. Communication excellent. The Curtains and the blinds I ordered are beautifully made. Courier was not good, and left my package on doorstep when I wasn't in.

My only problem is that they use DX as the delivery company and they DX are shockingly bad

Thanks for your kind review, we are really sorry you had a nightmare with the delivery company, 99% of the time they are fine but obviously not in your case, unfortunately every delivery company we have tried at some point we are going to get an issue, these delivery companies are a law into themselves

I ordered a sample but never got. I phoned and they said it was sent by post. I was happy they refunded my purchase. I can’t blame the company but the post office. I didn’t order from this company. I can’t make any comment as I’m sure it was the post that got lost, but they did refund it
