I was very happy with my purchases. Quick response, delivery and very good quality. I would recommend and buy more products again. I purchased 2 backpacks, hiking pole and camel bak for our recent tramp. Thank you.

Bit slow
Ordered on Sunday, delivered on Friday. I live in greater Auckland, so that's pretty slow. Maybe they still have an online backlog, but we've been at level One for two weeks now. Otherwise, tracking order via the website was good, and products were just as expected. So - OK. I would shop there again.

Very poor shipping time
Very poor shipping time, don't even know where the parcel is. After numerous complaints, parcel delivered damaged and item does not even work. Now I have to use my own money to return the item to get original cost of goods refund. Go figure this supplier!
They sell fake goods, items are not original so don't get hopes high if you receive item that is intended to replace your original broken item.
