Do they have store pick up counter retail shop experience

no contact available - phone number given noone answers - do not deal with this dreadful company I believe is a scam - never received my product yet have topay on afterpay

I'd been searching for a travel adaptor for my partner, finding exactly the same unit that I already have on eMax. Ordered it Wednesday night and it arrived by courier on Friday morning. Outstanding service.
Product ID: 206832 Compact, two USB ports (if you need more, you have too much luggage). Can also be used in NZ / Aus for overseas guests that forget to bring their adaptors. Brilliant simplicity.

We ordered a park bench. Arrived damaged, no assembly instructions, and a part missing. Sent email (with photos) and rang several times. Phone never answered, messages returned nor emails replied to. I'm wondering whether this company is a scam. Could never recommend buying from emax

Ordered a charger cable for an old device that isn't common at the usual retailers. A lot cheaper. Based on my other online orders at sites and the delays experienced, I couldn't believe how quickly the product turned up. Product works as expected.

Ordered a rear bike rack on the 10th, shipped on the 11th (over a weekend) and arrived on the 15th. Despite spelling errors on their actual page the product is as described and does the job perfectly. My one and only complaint is that instructions weren't included and there was one bolt missing, both issues I was able to solve without needing to contact the company.

Ordered some solar LED garden lights. Arrived very quickly. Unfortunately 1 of them was faulty but a couple of emails and they shipped a replacement. Thanks Shelly.

I had purchase 2x rolls of car wrape vinyl, the quality is so bad it ripped n when I asked for a refund they refused me the refund. So I’m in the process of going to consumer protection n commerce commission. Bad quality, Don’t purchase from EMax.

I ordered a two socket hdmi splitter and neither of the sockets work.

Not worth getting money back, it was 13$.

Very simple to use and works Iike a dream.

Love this company they are trustworthy. Everything I bought from them fast shipping and everything in mint condition. They don't do Afterpay. But that's not a problem because there products are a good fair price sometimes even cheap. Hope you guys never change as I love shopping with you guys.👍

In my own experience with emax, it has been a positive one. Quality product, top service all day! Thanks emax!.

Can't setup login, no one answers the phone or messenger, and it looks like they also trade under another name Digipulse and Glassdoor.
Something doesn't fit here so would treat it as possible Scam to be safe.

Received my item intent and on time. They couldn't deliver to the house because I wasn't at home. Instead left a card to collect from the post center.
Really pleased with the item n the service 😀
