Absolutely great service. Well organized and the interface works very well and I can do lots of stuff I couldn't do with the last email provider I had. And what's really top flight is the support! Totally positive!

The customer service is exceptional - incredibly quick & friendly and most importantly real humans! Octopus itself is straightforward to use & the time has gone in to designing it so it is nice to be in - it doesn't feel like being in the backend of a site, it's designed with the clients in mind.

All the features we need for our gardening society's mailings, easy to use, simple to set up, and a good price - we've recently moved from a well-known competitor after the subscription was raised to unreasonable levels. The pre-sales support was very responsive and we feel really good about using this company.

I love EmailOctopus. They make everything easy, from creating forms for my website to typing up emails. I am very happy with my email provider.

It works as expected, its behavior is adequate, its policies and delivery rate are good, as is its very low bounce rate. For its cost, it is an excellent platform; I recommend it.

Over the years I have used *many* of these services. I switched either because they would raise their prices, merge with another company and again raise their prices, change their UI making it less friendly, any number of reasons.
I've been using EmailOctopus for a few years now, and can honestly say it is one of the best. It's easy to use, the emails sent look great and professional, the pricing is fair, and above all, customer service is stupendous. There is usually someone available in the chat support. Bot on the off chance they are offline, they *always* respond promptly and help answer any questions. They also really appreciate feedback on the platform and features, which is very refreshing.
Overall, I very highly recommend EmailOctopus!

I moved to EmailOctopus about 12 months ago and found it so easy to learn in the beginning. Simple, clear, intuitive and flexible. Now a year in while I am sure there is more for me to learn I have an email marketing platform I trust and reply upon

I find the structure of EmailOctopus is easy to understand and work with. Creating a template with our brand kit is simple and quick.
Using the template for further newsletters has reduced the time it takes to produce them. Integrating EmailOctopus into our website was easy to do and it was very quick to add a newsletter subscription form.
All in all a really easy and quick programme!

Email Octopus is a great platform for email send outs. They have many resources to help design and organize contacts and send outs, plus they help to clean up our oceans. That was a winning point for me. I continue to use Email Octopus regularly.

EmailOctopus is the best platform of email marketing that I used. I tried too much of email platform but email octopus is great for the contacts, reports, campaigns and is very simple with the drag and drop customize email. I recommended at 100%.

EmailOctopus is very likely your best and most affordable option because, for me, it is designed specifically to be cheaper and simpler for beginners and small businesses.

* The email layout tool is powerful, flexible and convenient;
* The sign-up form is unobtrusive and easily customizable (by any frontend dev);
* 1 free automation on the free tier, which is exactly what I need;

It is a very intuitive platform, the support team is very responsive, I have been a subscriber for over a year, and it works great here in Colombia.

I had a very negative experience with EmailOctopus due to excessive and disproportionate “compliance” reviews combined with serious privacy overreach.
I have managed and executed many email campaigns for multiple clients and businesses over the years, and I have never experienced this level of intrusion with any other provider.
After onboarding, importing my list, and preparing campaigns, my private campaign content and business communications were manually opened, read, and analyzed by staff, without any clear, explicit consent being requested at the operational level. This went far beyond what is reasonably expected for technical delivery.
Despite confirming that my campaign did not violate any policy, it was still held for extended review.
I was repeatedly asked to explain:
Lead acquisition methods
Internal workflows
Internal data handling
List structure
Why some contacts lacked “first names” (even though my form only collects a single name field)
Why B2B contacts use role-based emails (info@, hello@, etc.)
All contacts were first-party and permission-based. No purchased, scraped, or third-party data was used. No compliance violation was identified.
Instead of relying on standard industry indicators (spam complaints, bounce rates, engagement, unsubscribe rates), they chose to manually inspect private communications and interrogate legitimate business operations.
Continuing this process would have required disclosing sensitive internal company information just to be allowed to send lawful campaigns.
This level of monitoring and data access is not normal in the professional email marketing industry and raises serious privacy concerns.
I cannot recommend this platform for serious B2B or professional use.

I'm just new to this site and it is extremely easy to use and navigate. The help from customer support is first class.

EmailOctopus is easy to use and works amazing! We'vew never had trouble with the service and would highly recomend it to anyone considering it!

Easy to use and has a helpful support team. One time, I wanted a feature for their automations that didn't exist, and just a few months later they implemented it!
Becomes a little pricey as you accumulate subscribers, but that can't be helped, I guess.
