Our dog Pie loves his time there, the staff are wonderful and really love the dogs.

Excellent kennels. My jack loves to go to the country club. He always comes back smelling fresh and clean. He can be a bit spicy with other dogs but the team cater brilliantly for him. I will definitely be using them twice next year.

We never left our dogs in boarding kennels before but after recently losing our beloved nearly sixteen years old beautiful Jack Russell Poppie we decided to give it a try with our other beautiful girl Daisie who is three and a half we were worried about leaving her but we tried it just for a two night break to see how she would cope without us and we were very pleased with our overall experience from the initial enquiry to dropping her off it was very professional we had a visit a week beforehand and we met the lovely Kelsey who showed us around and listened to our worries and took great interest in Daisies needs we were told to go and enjoy our break she would be well looked after and we could ring any time to see how she was and they also posted some photos on Instagram for us to see her out on her walks we had great peace of mind and will definitely be using Elmtree luxury dog hotel in Enfield again the staff are very trustworthy it's lovely and clean and it's well run we will be recommending it to family and friends Den Majella and Daisie xxx

After picking up Kai today, we are so delighted to see her so well, so happy, and very much herself - all thanks to the team at Elmtree.

This was our first experience with Elmtree, and we’re pleased to say that it has been positive from the planning stages, to the drop off, all through to the end of the stay. Every team member with whom we had interacted (or whom we had seen interact with Kai on the camera) has been most caring, attentive to detail, and professional.

It was so reassuring to see how happy my dogs were & so well looked after, loads of kisses & cuddles & the most amazing forests walks the team here are absolutely wonderful,,they really do love the dogs in their care & they came home all clean & smelling gorgeous 🥰

Jess is absolutely amazing I truly cannot thank her enough. I have a miniature Chihuahua who is very fussy, but she warmed to Jess straight away. Jess spent so much time playing with her and making her feel comfortable, which meant so much to me.

When I brought my dog home, she genuinely seemed to miss Jess. it just shows the level of care and attention she received. I honestly can’t explain how wonderful Jess and her team have been. The care, patience, and love they provide is exceptional.

Kimchee felt completely at home there and was so happy. She still misses everyone, and I’ve never seen her this content before.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants truly attentive, loving care for their dog . if you want that extra level of care, this is definitely the place to go.

Always a caring team to look after my spaniel who comes back happy every time. They seem to really be aware of individual needs and communication is excellent. Would recommend highly.

My Doberman has been staying at the Canine Country Club for over 4 years now. I wouldn’t want to send her anywhere else. The team look after the dogs like they are their own. The level of care and communication is excellent - nothing is too much!

After a bad experience at a different kennel, I had considerable anxiety about leaving my dogs anywhere else, but I’m glad to say that Elmtree has allowed us to travel occasionally again, thanks to their 5 ⭐ service and care of our dogs. Obviously no one knows your dogs like you do, so you can tell when you arrive and they drag you to reception with excitement, you can tell the dogs have a great time everytime. They come back healthy, happy and tired (in a good way!!). I have used Elmtree for a summer and now a winter holiday, they will always be my go to for boarding. One of the nicest touches is you can message them during their stay requesting photos of your animals, and they will do a little photoshoot on one of their walks and send you the pictures, seeing their happy faces and wagging tails means the world to me. I also really appreciate the staff’s thoroughness and attention to detail - one previous kennel fed my dogs wrong for a week causing weight loss/gain and ignored behavioural changes, from my experience I cannot imagine Elmtree ever doing that. Fantastic business worthy of every 5 ⭐ review they have.

Elmtree is pure heaven for doggies, and you can be sure they are safe at all times, really looked after and loved.

Our dogs have been to day care at the St Albans site and to board at the Enfield Pet Hotel and they have been very well looked after at both. They are always excited to arrive at day care and didn't look back when we dropped them off at the pet hotel. The staff are lovely and very responsive. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Just wanted to say a massive thanks to the team at Elmtree for looking after our cats recently. Also, big shout out to the admin team who were so lovely and understanding as our house move was challenging and we kept changing our arrival date. Will definitely recommend Elmtree. Thanks once again.

I have just collected my cat from her latest stay at Elmtree. Contact with the team from booking, through boarding and on collection is friendly and welcoming and helpful and they are thorough when collecting information which helps them to provide the best care.
I am always happy with the care provided by Elmtree, it is so reassuring to know that my cat is safe and happy when we need to leave her. I also really appreciate that I can request photos of Milly during her stay and from the comments that the Cattery team make about her, I can tell they have taken time to get to know her.
Highly recommended.

My husky had a week stay at the pet hotel. She was so happy when I picked her up, and attempted to dash back right to reception after doing her zoomies outside. She's full of energy and looks good so I'm very sure she had a blast and was well looked after. I will definitely bring her back here again!

The staff at Elmtree are excellent. They have a clear passion for the animals in their care and I strongly recommend them.

Have used Elmtree a few times and the whole experience is professional and courteous from booking to arrival and the care of our two dogs. Genuine caring environment with lovely staff I would highly recommend.

We booked our 5 year old border collie for 2 and a half weeks in August. When we collected him we could see him live on the security camera before he knew we were there and he looked genuinely happy. He was wagging his tail so we could tell he was having a good time their and got on with staff. The verbal feedback from staff looking after him was positive. He was lovely and clean. He had two spa baths in the time he was there, included in the price and all food was included.Its the first time we have used Elstree but we will certainly bring him again.

For the second year, we are using the services of this wonderful hotel for our Siberian Husky, Axel, during our summer vacation. The conditions are excellent, the staff as well, and they care for the animals with great love. We can hardly find a better place for our boy.

Its the first time we have used ElmTree, and were really impressed with the service and friendliness of the Team. From the moment of enquiry, to drop off and collection, everything was dealt with great efficiency and care. Nothing was too much trouble and made us feel at ease straight away, as it was the first time we have left our darlings behind, and of course felt a little anxious. Maya and Simba had a great time, by the looks of it (pictures shared on Instagram by team) Their grounds are spacious and well maintained. Looking forward to be back.
