Ordering temperature controlled drugs is a nerve wracking process and one that I unfortunately had some bad experiences of with a local vet practice that did not store these drugs correctly. Vetdispense on the other hand is a professional company run by people who care. I order the drugs online, upload my prescription and Vetdispense sends me confirmation of my successful order and then coordinates dispatch so that my drugs arrive at the correct temperature and condition for maximum efficacy. This is a service I now know and trust, simply put they deliver the service they promise in an efficient, professional and caring manner. Highly recommended.

Been using vet dispense for my dogs prescriptions for a while.
We have 1 sent that I have to sign for and they are very good at making sure it doesn’t arrive on days I am not at home. Brilliant service and will always use them

Super quick and efficient service. Never disappoint

It is extremely hard to get chilled medicine to ship to the Isle of Man. I am very grateful that you ship here and packaged the medicine so well. I ordered on a Monday, it shipped on Tuesday morning, and it was delivered on a Friday still cold. Fantastic.

I ordered Sustain probiotic for my dog, the order was delivered quickly and was packaged really well. Also had a long expiry date, overall great experience and would definitely recommend.

The medication was easy to order and arrived the following day so great service, fast delivery and very convenient

I found the changed order format ( the payment part of your order form wouldnt accept the security number on my debit card via usual autofill) frustrating but overall process was up to usual high standard. Please continue to ship orders via Royal Mail : their service is far superior to commercial couriers in my experience.

went elsewhere saved nearly 15 quid.

This is factually incorrect.
I am not a medical person and OK ordered capsules and not tablets.
The price I paid was 79.04 pounds and this was deducted from my credit card.
The cost of the meds on your website was around 54 pounds ?Why should I 'pay the difference' as vetdispense asked as surely I should have a refund of 20 quid or so?
lets sort this out and then we will continue
