This was the best money I’ve ever spent, always could only afford cheap, I found my mattress on their website, it was cheap, so I was expecting rubbish quality. I was so wrong, it is absolutely amazing, worth every penny, like sleeping on a cloud. I would highly recommend

A very pleasant experience. The bed base is exactly what we wanted and the gas base lifts up very easily.

The delivery was on time and the bed base was delivered and installed by two very cheerful and efficient gentlemen.

Ordered an ottoman bed which is really lovely and good quality although I was told on telephone delivery would be by the end of the week and it wasn’t it was into the next week!
Delivery men were lovely, very polite and went above and beyond to help as I have a disability

I absolutely love my footstool! It arrived earlier than expected, which was a lovely surprise. The texture is beautiful, and the quality is excellent. It feels very strong and sturdy, while also being easy to clean. I’m really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it!

Always a bit dubious about ordering online but this time it has been brilliant. Everything from the ordering right down to the delivery was perfect. All the staff I have been in contact with have been professional and friendly

Fantastic experience, product is incredibly good (king sized mattress) and the team at Elliot beds have been delightful to deal with every step of the way. Even with a follow up a couple weeks later to insure the customer is happy. All in all brilliant !!

Amazing service, online and delivery service people were very nice and very professional. Bed quality is amazing and quality is great. Storage of ottoman is spacious and easy to lift up. Thank you and will be back for head board next.

Terrible, unscrupulous company. I ordered the Heritage kingsize bed with solid base and 70” headboard. Delivery Failed twice to carry the heavy headboard up my stairs to the designated bedroom. First occasion, the company representative was extremely rude and condescending. Second failed attempt he offered to replace the headboard in 3 days with a smaller one - Great service I thought. UNFORTUNATELY NOT!! Their customer service fell off a cliff - no response to; text messages, emails and voicemail. Left me with no option - this headboard had to go upstairs. Stripped off all the padding and sheet wrapping and with enormous grunt, the assistance of a family member, it now presides in the nominated bedroom. Back to the solid base upgrade - it’s flimsy hardboard with a thin rough wood frame that twists when operating the hinged opening. The new everyday bed has now been assigned to a guest room and hopefully with very little use won’t collapse any day soon. Lesson learnt- buy from established retailers not internet cowboys

Ive been trying to put in an order for over a week with zero communication

Absolutely shocking customer service - there’s zero. Impossible to get hold of anyone to speak to. The delivery times reflected on the website are nonsense you’ll try for days to get hold of someone if you purchase on here. Deliveries are completely managed by a third party who were consistently given the wrong information I ended up managing direct. Based on how much money we spent I wouldn’t use them again no chance, we were told one thing and they never followed through. Quality of beds is ok but doesn’t look 100% as per images on site.

Superb customer service. Absolutely delighted with new mattress, quickly delivered by professional, polite and efficient gentlemen. Highly recommend Elliot’s Beds.

Worst experience ever. They delivered the bed in the wrong colour and after that completely ignored my emails and wouldn’t answer the phone. Their customer service is absolutely nonexistent. I would not recommend them at all !

I ordered some fabric samples for headboards on 15 July. I received notification of delivery on 6 August. I collected my delivery to find it was literally a C5 envelope with a black and white printed packing note - no samples. I paid 0.25p per sample so it's not even as if they were free. Have called several times over the past few days, trying their 0800 number, their mobile number (both divert to an EE voicemail) and tried calling on their WhatsApp channel. I also emailed but have had no reply. This is disappointing as Elliot beds have a good range of products and I was considering ordering 3 custom headboards from them. However, if this is how genuine potential customers are dealt with, it has made me think twice.

The purchasing experience was pleasant with varieties of fabrics and colors to chose for a double ottoman bed. The bed was manufactured after my order, this took less than one week.
The delivery company that they are contracting now is excellent and highly rated: the bed was delivered to my top floor within the annonced 3 hours time frame. It was assembled with all its mechanisms in 20 minutes.
The ottoman bed is has described, solidly built like its gas operated mechanisms that are are real charm to use. Its two bases sections once assembled are large and high enough to accomodate our big suitcases full of our out of season clothes, and as well our duvets and blankets.
The customer services informed the delivery company of our resheduled date to bring the bed.
That said they is no one to answer your whatsapp or emails that will still be taken in consideration, let say silently.
I guess this is due to the fact that Elliots Beds is relatively new and might be a micro company with only one employee at this time.
Overall, delighted with the product, hope to see an improvement in the futur with their communications, will buy again from them.
So recommendable? Yes, go for it, you will not be desappointed.

We needed two men as paid for we got a man and his 12 year old son who where very polite but with great difficulty got the job done the trim is chrome and not as stated or shown in the advert I am very disapointed yours most sincerely Mrs D Boulton
