I love this opportunity to send a card. No stress going through anything at the shops. People should not whinge about payment, it is cheaper than buying and posting a card. Awsome service , will use always xx

Over 20 minutes and my video still can not be viewed on the card. Says it's processing.

This was advertised as a "Free" card...but I was charged $6.10. Very frustrating! That being said, I did like the finished product, but navigating the website was difficult. I had to redo the card several times before I could figure it out.

I enjoyed the card and a the ability to customize it for the recipient!! It is unfortunate that all of the hype about sending a free digital card is bunk! If I receive any further sales promos or other attempts to sell me a free card I will be upset!!

i'm very nervous, haven't done this for long time. And I pray I did it properly this time. Its my friends 91st birthday. And I am 90.
Not as easy to do thing as they used to.

Process was nice and easy but my card didn't have the song playing with it .

However, I recommend enhancing the card animation to simulate a more realistic, hands-on experience, potentially by incorporating a flip-page effect instead of redirecting to a separate page. Additionally, improving email deliverability by utilizing a more reputable email service provider would mitigate issues such as emails ending up in spam folders.

It was so easy to customize my friend's card with Ellacards user friendly website. My very nice personalized card arrived promptly in a digital envelope, which then slowly opened with my customized details. A classy gift!

It's just a really well thought out service, so easy to use, lots of customisation options, and fun to play with! Loads better than alternatives I've used before, awesome! :)

Customer service is impeccable. The website is growing and has functions specific to our companies needs that I have not seen anywhere else.

Your cards are wonderful and fun to send to friends and family!!
I particularly like the photo template and so I can personalize the card and bring them a fun memory.

The fact we can now send it by a link in an email is fantastic! Too many times they didn’t get the regular delivered card because it went to their spam.

I was disappointed that I was not able to send a personal message in the card. I liked the options for the design.

I loved the card and set up but was surprised to be charged for it, when I thought it was free, perhaps I didn't read it correctly, but otherwise was happy with it.

I loved this so much! I was able to personalize it just how I wanted and it had so many nice options. This is definitely something I will continue to use!
