Excellent after sales service
I was delighted with the two make up bags I ordered for 18th birthday gifts. They arrived really quickly. I also ordered two gift cards to go with them and, although the wording was correct, they were printed on the wrong cards. I was disappointed as I had chosen the ones specifically for each girl. I emailed Elizabeth Scarlett advising them about the error and had a response within 20 minutes advising that they would get these reprinted and despatched. I received the cards within 2 days (on a Sunday)! I cannot compliment the after sales service more. Well done Elizabeth Scarlett.

Dependable with great products
Bought the floral fold-out make-up bag as a gift. It arrived in good time though the seal on the postage bag could do with some attention, as it took little more than my wishing it open to actually open! But still... The make-up bag itself is great and looks 'the business'. Well worth a look if you're in the market.

I absolutely love my new Elizabeth…
I absolutely love my new Elizabeth Scarlett pieces. I purchased a Mystical Eye Design open flat make up bag and I'm so happy with it, design is beautiful, the quality is amazing and it's great that it has the 3x inner sections to keep things organised.
I was worried about the size prior to ordering, as it's hard to gauge from the pictures, but it's actually far more compact than the large ES pouch I was using previously and is perfect for fitting all my daily make up & brushes into. It's also great for travel/on the go & I'm amazed at how much I can fit into it. I'm going to purchase another one soon in a different design for storing some of my other beauty bits!
I also purchased a Whale design pouch and it's a stunning design, great quality as always & will get a lot of use.

Exceptional quality products and excellent customer service.
I received a beautiful makeup bag, Pouch and gift box recently for a friend's birthday. The quality of the products were exceptional although a small glitch with the closer on box. This was rectified very quickly and replaced promptly. Excellent customer service.
