I had a great experience purchasing the screen from Germany. The delivery was fast, the packaging was secure, and the product arrived in perfect condition. The whole process was smooth and professional, and I would definitely buy again.

I bought the Sable fixed frame cine white, the screen quality is really good, not any wave or warp, I could not drill the wall though, so I made a wooden frame for it, people who are in the same situation (and cannot drill the wall) can send me an email to share my experience with contact me with hamidqorbani.b92 in gmail

2 weeks after purchase, still no package delivered, no update on delivery status on website.
Tracking nr given by the website is unknown on the transporter website (DHL).
I tried to contact support of Elitescreen but they are still silent.

Sucks! never by from this company I have return a screen I have never seen my money back it’s now 2 months ago and emails,no response from them after I have many times sent them a message

Fine screen, also good portable with the bag. Service great when I asked for a VAT invoice which I didn't receive from the NL sales partner.

Some time ago, I bought the screen and lost the mounting/fixing parts during my move. After contacting customer support, they were able to help me immediately and send the missing parts. Everything went smoothly, and the communication via email was very friendly :)

Screen is Ok. The delivery is a disaster. It toke a long time to receive the screen. DHL lost the package and I’ve spent over hour calling back and forth with DHl. Meanwhile Elitescreen didn’t do anything except “sending an email to DHL”. Only because of my own time invested, the package was found and the driver was told to return to collect and deliver it. Would I have waited for Elitescreen, I would still have been waiting for the delivery. Therefor I’m disappointed with the customer service which actually was non existent.

The screen I bought is just great ! But, after being used ten times, A rivet of a tie leg has broken. I was very disapointed ! I get in touch with the customer service (Anna) and finally they send me another screen. This service is excellent, This service lives up to the company name, Elite ! And their screen is just incredible.

I had a good buying experience with this shop. They have the largest selection of screens I have ever seen.
Unfortunately my screen arrived with transport damage. This was picked up very kindly by customer service who sent me a completely new screen without any discussion. The new one arrived in good shape and is working perfectly as expected.
This is how service should be, I can only recommend them.

The information on the site is complete, and the product is as advertised. I ordered the screen on 8 April, and it arrived at our house (in Italy) on 14 April. Mounting instructions are clear, hardware included is sufficient. The screen works well, and comes with multiple options for activation (IR, Wifi, physical switch). It is an excellent companion for our Leica Cine Play 1, even in daylight.

The best part of it, apart from the quality of the products is the after-sales service, really helpful and kind all the time.

Dear team, in my personal opinion the screen looks cheaper than expected. On both sides the screen is not parallel. Looks like a little bit unprofessionell.
Elite looks different in my opinion.

Quality screen!

I wrote them because there was no bag included (although there chat service told me there was one included). But there was a mistake with the automatic reply. I wrote them and they send me a carrying bag for free. So that's what I call great service.
Recommended!
