The customer service was excellent

The customer service was excellent—very responsive and helpful! (Thank you Marlon) However, the delivery experience with UPS was disappointing. I hope future deliveries can be smoother. Overall, I’m happy with the service.

Impossible to join customer service

Impossible to join customer service. We would like to return a faulty item bought 500€ on their website. Very disappointing. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Projector arrived all dented - no response

I would have given zero if I could.

Once the projector screen arrived the packaging was falling apart, the metal casing of the projector screen was scratched and had a variety of large and small dents, scuffs and missing screws. It was inadequately packaged to be sent anywhere, never mind across Europe. It was unusable. I have sent three e-mails which have all been ignored. I have rang the phone number on the celexon.co.uk website only to be put through to a German message which cuts off. I tried their chat function which simply told me to email them which I already had done. I also copied in Lasse Sievers, their Head of Sales and Marketing, with no response. I have had to raise a claim with Paypal for reimbursement. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU HAVE EBEEN WARNED. If they cant even package something properly I dread to think what there actually products are like. Unfortunately I didn't get the chance to find out as it was unusable.
