Literally ghosted us on our moving morning. No contact at all, did not answer their phone and the email response after hours of waiting was 'sorry, did the driver not call you?'.
Atrocious service, please avoid.
DEFINITLY AVOID!!! TOTAL COWBOY SCAMMERS!!! They didnt send an appropriate van with a tail lift or trained removal staff with protective packing materials! They dropped my glass dining table which now has a big chunk of glass missing! They dropped my round leather sofa which now has a massive rip in the back! They said they had full valid liability insurance! They still have never showed any proof of having any current valid insurance documentation of any type & now they have caused approxinatley £3,500 of damaged furniture and wont answer any calls over 2 months after! Im left with a nightmare!
We were moved yesterday morning. The service was excellent we could not fault the lads. David and Michael were friendly, efficient and made the whole process off moving smooth even though it was a very long day for them, David still stayed late to put all my large items back together. Really happy and would absolutely recommend.

Update on the fraudulent review claim by the company: my husband did the booking under his name. We have contacted you several times and you still refuse to correct the problem.
Absolute cowboy removal service. Late on arrival. With no equipment including cages and other necessary items for a big move. Expected an extra £500 halfway during the move whilst our entire worldly possessions were with them. We felt like we had no choice to pay. David and David as nice as they seemed didn’t come across professional.
Damaged £900 monitor which is now no longer usable. As well as an expensive electronic standing desk that had some major impact damage. Among other items that turned up with scratches and minor damage which is upsetting when it’s furniture that is too expensive to replace.
Refuse to refund any money. A gesture of goodwill of £50 was floated at us. So we will look to a small claim court. I would not recommend them if you respect your time, money and worldly belongings.

our reply: whilst you are within your rights not to recommend our service, i must make this clear, you have lied when you claimed we asked you for extra money.
First and formost our service was booked by you on an hourly basis, you paid for the initial hours then decided you need more time, which we were happy to oblige and extend your service hours, which rationally you should expect to pay for, we only charged you for the time our staff and equipment were at your disposal, please let us know if this was not the case and true picture of what happened.

Our reply: i have looked at your booking and listened to the recording of your booking and ofcourse i have personally spoken to you about this, you told me you did not inform us or book us for dismantling and reassembly so we sent a moving team without such expertise, i dont understand why you have now reviewed us giving the impression there was prior conversation about this service, you only requested this service from the team when they arrived and they were honest enough to tell you they were not equiped as you did not book the service, please feel free prove me wrong
we have tried to appease you and even offered you the use of a van and 2 men for free to pick up your item that was left FREE OF CHARGE, BUT YOU REFUSED.

Arrived on time even after receiving a phone call saying they may be a few minutes late. Very polite and professional and did an excellent job of moving all items, dissembling and reassembling. Would highly recommend.
