Extremely unprofessional by all means

Extremely unprofessional by all means, dishonest.
- The signal is very poor special after midnight, and during the weekend.
- Almost impossible to get in touch with the customer service, never respond the email.
- In term and condition mentioned that i can transfer the service any where in the country, they do not cover 99.9 % of the areas. So If i need to move i need to pay leaving fees.
- They took money from my bank account with my permission. Will contact the bank to get the money back.
- When agreed a certain amount as leaving fees, they will do refund only if i wrote positive review, which obviously never happen as this is worst experience ever.

We're sorry to hear you feel this way. We always aim to support our customers fairly and transparently, and it’s disappointing when the facts are misrepresented.

Our records show that the account was cancelled before the end of the agreed contract term, which naturally carries early termination fees — as is standard across all UK providers. While we do offer service relocation, this depends on network availability and cannot be guaranteed in every area.

As for the unauthorised charge claim, please rest assured that all payments are processed in line with the agreement signed.

Worst Internet provider

Worst Internet provider on this planet, so my WiFi has been playing up for over a week now, no point in emailing anybody as they are just rude and ignorant! I honestly would say do not sign up with this Internet company! Rip off prices £42.99 a month for what?! Laggy Internet, no Internet, oh and terrible customer service!

Signed the contract with these guys…

Signed the contract with these guys more than a week ago, money was taken out straight away, but still don't have no broadband and no plans on when it will be done! When I called few times last week, only my details were taken and been told someone will contact me, why answer the phone if can't help? 3 times my details were taken, had to spell my name each time and give full info, don't you have some database? When I got a call back they just asked what went wrong and again, been told someone will contact me, I asked specifically to email me as had to leave for few days, email went to spam without any care. I hope I will manage to stop the contract and get a refund... Very bad experience so far.

Absolutely appalling company

Absolutely appalling company. I have had no Internet for 1 weeks. After 4 days recieved an email to say it was due to a cyber attack. Sat and waited in all day for an engineer to turn up which never happened. Emails are being ignored. When I phone the nunber provided the phone is put down on me before I can even get through to anyone. Appalling service. I will be leaving my contract with them and finding an alternative supplier. Had no issues for 2 years but this is beyond ridiculous

Internet has been down for nearly a…

Internet has been down for nearly a week, have just received comms that their equipment has been at breach of a cyberattack. Have been trying to exit my contract with them, was told they'd call me back today and they have not. The service has never been this bad but have had to cancel my direct debit with them via credit card provider

Loses internet connection once or twice…

Loses internet connection once or twice a month ranging from few hours to a whole day with no prior announcement. Email support non-responsive. For an expensive monthly fee, it is not reliable.

Internet Down again no explanation…

Internet Down again no explanation whatsoever the telephone number provided doesn’t go through this happened on 31 st December 2024 and it is happening again now 4th April 2025 I emailed them they do not respond you try to call the number provided it does not go through it tells you to try again later and in the previous reply to my review they said that this would not happen again and yet here we are very untrustworthy company who would want to face the struggle of not having Internet and most importantly when you try to contact them they are nowhere to be found

We fully understand how disruptive it is to be without a reliable internet connection, and how even more troubling it is when you cannot reach us for answers. You are absolutely right to expect better, especially after we assured you this would not happen again.

We want to be transparent:

The outage on 4 April 2025 was due to [insert brief cause, if known, or write "an unexpected technical fault affecting a wider network segment"].

Unfortunately, our support systems were overwhelmed, and some lines became temporarily inaccessible — this is unacceptable, and we are already working on improvements to ensure this does not happen again.

Your emails should have received a timely response. We are currently reviewing why this didn’t happen in your case.

We are taking this seriously. Our team is:

Conducting a full review of the repeated outage and support failures.

Implementing safeguards to ensure support lines remain open, even during high-volume periods.

Reviewing customer communications to ensure transparency and timely updates.

We know an apology is only meaningful if followed by action. You have our commitment that we will learn from this and do better.

I have recently joined Elite Connect for broadband. Their wifi speeds are really good and their customer representatives are very friendly. I did struggle to get hold of them but other than that I can't complain.

A bit hard to get through to support

A bit hard to get through to support, but once reached everything was super easy, set up next day, Razwa
Menashe were friendly and happy to make adjusments about where to place the box. Highly recommend!

Incompetent cheats!

Tried sign up and but told that their sign up procedure is not working at the moment. Have to wait for them to sort but they have given no infdication of how long this will take.

Elite Connect Review – Excellent Service and Super Reliable Internet!

I recently had the pleasure of joining Elite Connect, and I must say, the entire experience has been absolutely stellar. From installation to daily usage, everything has exceeded my expectations.

The installation was handled by Razvan, a very friendly and professional engineer who ensured everything was set up quickly and efficiently. Impressively, the internet was up and running even before I had officially signed the contract – now that's service!

The owner of the company also came on-site to double-check everything was working as it should and that I was happy with the setup. It's rare to see this level of hands-on care and attention to detail, and it really made a positive impression.

I’ve been using the internet for a couple of weeks now, and it’s been flawless. Speeds are fast, reliability is top-notch, and response times are excellent – perfect for both work and leisure.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the service Elite Connect provides. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a dependable internet provider with a personal touch!
