I ordered 2 throw pillows almost a month ago and they have not arrived. I have reached out to customer service multiple times, however all interactions are handled by a chat bot. I was provided with excuses saying that "its taking longer than expected" which changed to "the postal service lost it" when I asked for a refund. The postal service never picked it up. This business is supposed to be based in Texas, however the shipping lable was created in North Carolina?? I have demanded a refund but they have gone silent. Do NOT buy from this site!

Company is terrible and will not stand behind their product. Purchased several framed print and they’re all wrinkling in the frame. It’s been more than 90 days so they will not replace or fix. Art should have a shelf value greater than 90 days. Would like to post photos of the affected art but unable to.

I was looking for a specific type of image and found good ones on Elephant Stock. It is the first time I'd used them. There was a good range of sizes and framing options. The turnaround was quick and my picture arrived well packaged and communication on my order was good. The picture was exactly as depicted and I'm pleased with it.

The most beautiful painting and frame work. Very high quality. I love how they are very careful with their shipping, so that it doesn't get damaged. I love this picture, what an image of our savior Lord Jesus Christ's hands. Hands of his nail prints. Usually I see them stretched to his sides, this is the only picture I see him stretched towards us, like he is giving, blessing us or even asking us to put all our worries and problems in his nail prints hands that fixed them all.
What Gracious art, it truly describes many meanings of Grace. Glory be to Jesus Christ.

0nce I received my art work it was just as I expected. The customer service that I tried to contact due to the delay in the delivery was terrible.
