The water bottle I bought was fantastic ( lightweight , aesthetically pleasing ) but bigger than I anticipated . I had a few issues with the return process which were dealt with so fairly , promptly , personally and kindly that I would not hesitate to use and recommend this company again . I’ve bought the smaller 750ml bottle and anticipate building a collection of their uniquely functional and attractive items .

I bought the orange stainless steel washing up bowl to compliment my new kitchen. We spent a small fortune on the kitchen but the first thing I show to any visitor is the washing up bowl. It is a thing of beauty, very sturdy but light and will last a lifetime. So so pleased with it

10/10 - Absolutely love the water bottle. Feels and looks high quality, no more plastic bottles!!
Would highly recommend Elephant Box.

Beware, when the orange or grey tag falls off your storage box it costs £3.50 plus £1.95 delivery to replace. Without the tab the "Prep and Store" box leaks and can't be sealed properly.

Thank you for your reply. Please don't suggest that I find the idea of products being used for as long as possible "unacceptable". I paid for replacement tabs
You also suggest that I "get in touch" if the tab fell out.
I have already been in touch several times about the issue and assume this is just a way of making your company looks like it "cares"
I just expected a better response from your company thats all

Have just purchased the Twist & Lock Leakproof Trio set and they are just amazing, great sizes and they extremely practical and better that plastic ir glass as we have used them for breakfast meals when travelling.
Even better they all pack into one when empty, these are going to last for many many years

I’ve used Elephant Box a few times over the years and they have been consistently brilliant. The products are made to last, attention to detail is phenomenal and their customer service top class. It’s evident thought is applied to all aspects of their business and I hope they go from strength to strength.

Excellent source of cylindrical and cuboid shaped steel boxes. But once they sent a tote bag labelled "cotton" but it was 100% plastic. So it's still just another plastic vendor.

It wasn't marked as "recycled plastic" on the product page, they only updated the website page after I got the order. It still says cotton on my original receipt and the original product page was deleted.

I wanted to wait a while before reviewing so I could give an honest one about the product - absolutely love it! I went for the Three-in-One for my partner & I.

They're the perfect size for us, fit lots in, and are super easy to clean. It makes me excited for my lunch .. haha.

I guess the only thing is the ones I chose aren't sealed, but now that I know how amazing they are, I may well get a sealed option in future.

The team was also wonderful with communication! Our items got lost in transit, and they kindly sent out replacements super quickly.

Bought the washing up bowl. Its really nice. Slightly deeper than a trad plastic one. Looks good in my sink and i should never have to buy a new bowl ever again. Pricey (considering i could buy 10+ plastic bowls for the price) but its eco friendlier in the long run. And it just looks so good in my kitchen and cleans up nicely. The wee elephant logo is cute and was what caught my eye in the first place.

The customer service was outstanding when I wanted to return one of the items I bought. I'm very happy with the box that I kept.

Really fast delivery and I really love my washing up bowl (I’ve surely never said that before!). It’s a beautiful bowl and already much admired by family!

I’m not sure why it’s taken me so long to write a review but I just want to say how fantastic the team are.

I’ve had 2 instances where they’ve gone above and beyond to help out which is just fantastic.

1. I ordered a lunchbox as a gift in Dec 2021 and it sadly got lost in the post, so Katy was more than happy to send out a replacement via a tracked service at no extra cost! It arrived promptly and my partner has been using it most days since.

2. My own lunchbox recently started having issues due to a faulty seal and kept popping open in my bag. I got in touch with the team to ask about warranty and Liz was happy to send a replacement out - no questions asked! The new one works perfectly and I’m a very happy customer.

Overall, I love the brand and everything they stand for anyway, but the customer service is just an added bonus that I seldom experience elsewhere. I normally have to fight for refunds/replacements, but these guys made it so easy.

I can’t recommend Elephant Box enough. Their products are high quality and made to last - so important! And their customer service is second to none, I recently ordered two items. There was an issue with one which I had to email about - Katy communicated incredibly efficiently, politely and made sure the issue was resolved well and quickly. Been sick of greasy dirty looking plastic washing bowls we decided to try one of ElephantBox stainless steel washing up bowls.Frankly we couldn't be happier. The bowl arrived quickly and was everything we could have hoped for. It sturdy durable steel which i expect to see me out. Well worth the extra cost.
