Element shop sent me a cheaper part…
Element shop sent me a cheaper part than the one i ordered. When I asked to be refunded the difference they refused giving me any excuse they could make up. I asked for a corrected invoice but again they refused to send it to me. So I concluded this company is corrupt. I placed my next order with climate who gave much better service.
The response from Element Shop is dishonest. The replacement part was cheaper and not more expensive. I was due a refund.

At the time you ordered a discontinued product which we have switched for the replacement model. Your purchase was made in March 2023 and at this point the replacement model was more expensive than the discontinued model, as a good will gesture we did match the lower cost. You did not contact us regarding the pricing until March 2024.

I'm genuinely super impressed. I didn't have nay need to interreact with any employees but based on the fact my order placed mid afternoon arrived by 08:30 the following morning speaks volumes.
I ordered a Heatmiser Neo hub to monitor and control the thermostats in our home. Placed the order (great price), immediate confirmation and thankfully they use Parcelforce, no issue with delivery.
Install was straightforward plug and go operation, 5 minutes and all thermostats linked.
Great value & Speedy service. Thank you.

Arrogant Louise
Louise the sales & office manager gives the company a bad reputation by being hard noised short and obtuse with customers, she's is a sales and office mgn but screens calls for customer service refusing to allow customers to have access to the customer service team and instead objects them to her pushy forceful ways, she's arrogant and won't even listen to customers not a good impression.
She has the attitude of its my way or the highway a real disappointment for an individual to give a company a bad name because of their own poor attitude.
